Bad experience checking in. Problems with our reservation, and manager felt the need to lecture me about using third party (Expedia) to book room. Really poor internet connection. Toilet would not flush. Manager came up, fiddled with it and said it was okay. It worked once more, then quit again. I told the front desk that it wasn't working, and was assured they'd have maintenance address it. Meanwhile I had to rig it myself using a safety pin to connect the broken chain connecting the flush handle to the flapper. I told them this was a temporary fix, but by the time we checked out after two nights, no repair had been made. No offer to switch us to another room and clearly no offer to repair the toilet. If I hadn't temporarily fixed it, when would not have had a functioning toilet at all. I could go on: dirty floor and coffee maker that hadn't been cleaned,

Very close to my destination. I loved that! But it was nice on the outside but the inside wasn’t magical. It was a regular room. The lobby was nice, but the elevator was ragedy! The roller cart to take your luggage upstairs were old and about broke down. The staff was nice except for one check-in guy, he couldn’t stop talking on his phone to check me in properly. I had questions but everytime I’d say something he was responding to his call, so I didn’t know when to speak. I’d rate you guys a 5 out of 10 and definitely NOT recommend sorry!!!!

I highly recommend this hotel. We’ve stayed here twice while visiting relatives in Leesburg. Very convenient. The lobby was inviting. The room was very clean and updated. Staff were pleasant. Location was great. Near restaurants and shopping. Not too pricey. Altogether worth the money.
