There was no hot water, elevator wasn’t working and lobby and stairs carpet was extremely dirty and warn.

Price was only thing I liked everything else was horrible, smelled, dirty and only few channels on tv. Pool open till 6 pm. $100 surprise deposit

The building is clearly not maintained. It's a fleabag type motel. The smell of mold is everywhere. There are leaks everywhere. The building should be condemned and torn down.

Absolutely nothing The first night we were moved from one room to another bc the room that we paid for was already occupied and absolutely disgusting. We moved to the next room and that was bits of trash on the carpet, the tub was cracked, bed dirty, and smelled like mold.

Nothing Absolutely terrible. Completely disappointed. The room was dirty, the air conditioner barely cooled, and the entire room smelled like mold and filth. The bathroom was dirty, and the bathtub had mold. I specifically requested a non-smoking room, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, as if it were being used as a smoking break room. I will never stay here again.

The facility is starting to show it's age, but everything was nice, the room was spacious and clean.

This place is disgusting. The sheets are filthy. Bathroom filthy with no shower curtain. I immediately left right back out and refused to stay here.

The photos online are nothing like what the hotel is really like. I arrived at a run down facility in a bad location. Upon arrival it appeared that mainly transients were the main guests of the hotel. Check-In took over 30min, the guy at the desk barely spoke English and could not communicate effectively. Got to my room it was dirty, looked like the floor hadn’t been mopped in over a year, the door frame of my door looked as though the door had been previously kicked in. The room AC was on 62 and it was freezing. I adjusted the AC but it never shut off. I finally turned just the fan on and it was 52 degrees in the room. I eventually had to turn it off completely. It’s great it has a working AC, but goodness it was cold. The next day I asked for an extra blanket at the front desk (there was only a thin blanket on the bed, but I was turned away and told no. There was only a coffee station for the continental breakfast, no food. The overall appearance of the hotel was musty, filthy and gross. Do not recommend and would not stay again.

Location was ok. Bathroom way too small. Poor lighting. Top mattress hung over box spring.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was helpful & friendly.

The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The bed was clean and comfortable. Quiet. TV was fine. The air conditioning worked well. Good breakfast. Bathroom tub had a layer of soap scum. Bathroom door kept getting stuck because the door panel was coming apart. Carpets in hallway and room was visibly dirty. Nice place, but needs a good cleaning and some repair.

Breakfast was minimal. Yes there was a waffle station but little to nothing else. The coffee station seemed to be constantly out of coffee or out away for the day already. The price was on the low side but the lack on effort by the staff was appalling especially for a hotel with Quality in its name. The staff did their duties but it was clear they did not want to be there. One desk clerk/manager sat in what passed as a lobby lazing around barefoot. I don’t recommend it at all. More like a per hour than Quality and Comfort Inn

Property was filthy. Owner/ management had personal family in lobby in evening. Pool closed at 6:00 pm We checked in 4:30 pm came back from dinner went to room and roaches crawled from behind television and onto cabinet, had to jump out of the way. Filthy carpet in room and hallways. Very rundown. We reported to counter girl and canceled our 4 night stay. We went to Best Western which was very clean, very nice pool open til 10:00 pm Had all amenities, toiletries, nice towels, hot breakfast, very pleasant staff. Quality Inn had no quality at all. Should not be on Expedia.

None
