TownePlace Suites by Marriott Leesburg

We often stay at this hotel when visiting my mother. The location is great and the room provides ample space for our family of three. We do not utilize the pool, the gym, or breakfast, but all seem great. When we need assistance, 99.9 % of the time, within minutes someone provides what we need. Our last checkout did not run as smoothly as our other checkouts. Our room key did not work at 10 am and had to get assistance. Then at 12 noon,we had to run back into our room to get additional bags but our keys stopped working. I asked the head of housekeeping for help but was told she could not help. The young woman at the front desk needed assistance. I waited over 12 minutes to have my key fixed and then had to wait again to check out. I would suggest for major holidays having two persons work the front desk.

It was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly It wasn’t close to much except for the villages.

Clean and professionally operated

It's the best place to stay in Leesburg; by the looks of the others, it might be the only place in town that doesn't rent by the hour. Seriously, this is a very nice place with nice staff. The only complaint I have is that the water pressure left a lot to be desired. A mad old woman with a mouth full of water would've been about the same, but I'm not going to knock a star off for it. I went to bed with my butt clean, on sheets that were clean, and the AC worked all night. 5 stars for me!

The gentleman who was working that night is always professional and very welcoming. He's a keeper Your showers need updated. And more lighting at the desk area.

The property was clean, safe, very comfortable and had a kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised and very grateful. The staff was exceptional in their ability to help. My daughter forgot a razor and the front desk had a complimentary one with little packets of shaving cream. The breakfast was delicious. I didn’t encounter anything that I didn’t like.

Close to Lake Yale Baptist Conference Center; great breakfast and very hard working staffs!

The room is very clean and has plenty of room. The kitchen has full stoneware and utensils. All of the appliances worked. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area that the hotel has that even includes a couple of BBQs. Parking is free and on site. her breakfast was excellent and served on time. It's a breakfast buffet so there are choices. That was a great bonus to not have to drive around to find breakfast. I highly recommend you stay here if you're in the Leesburg area.

The bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great. Location was great for us, and the staff was very good. The chairs and bedding were very worn. The red colored fabric had worn off and looked black and dirty.

After returning home - noticed that the hotel charged us $419- per 2 nights stay as well ? What I read on Google - double charged
