Upon arrival there was no signage to show the entrance. You just see the hotel. Had to go down some side street and reroute around to find it. The front desk was great when we checked in. Arrive to the room and the moisture was horrible. No way to turn on vent fans. Went to sleep with moist bedding. Received a text that the room would be serviced on the 3rd day. We were only there for 3 days and didn't have enough towels/wash cloths. Sorry I don't reuse those like they want you to. We then came back from dinner for the night to no electric. No text about that! Generators set outside the entrance where all the fumes were going right inside. When we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor there was no lights in the stairways. Huge no no! Thankful there wasn't a fire, and we had time to get our phone flashlights out. Again no updates throughout the outage when things would be back up and running. Duration of the stay there hardly was anyone at the front desk. Complementary coffee got cold and low in breakfast area. All around horrible!!

Unfortunately, the power went out in the area due to an extreme wind storm secondary to the 100 degree weather. We left without staying the night because we did not know when the power would be back on. That was beyond the hotel’s control. We would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and clean. The breakfast provided some nice options

Very peaceful stay. Clean and hygienic rooms. Breakfast options are good. Would prefer this stay on my next visit.

The room we stayed in was nice it was renovated recently I believe the shower pressure was horrible took twice as long to shower due to the low flow shower just make more sense to put a high pressure shower in Like I said the shower was low flow very hard to get clean with it The pool area was nice the floor for the little cleaner during our stay there was another family in there with three young children who were splashing water out of the hot tub and you couldn't really use it there they were leaving the shower run onto the floor and sliding across it like they were seals jumping into the deep end so you really couldn't utilize the entire pool The elevator was a bit sketchy twice while we were there they asked us if someone pressed the button for help which we didn't and when it stops on Earth when it stopped on our floor it would bounce really hard which scared my son eggs for breakfast where unedible could not eat the eggs rest of the breakfast was fine room with clean quiet bed was comfortable

Bed was super. Staff was outstanding. Good breakfast selection. Suite area was cramped. And our room faced the interstate and the windows were not soundproofed. Loud. And like many places with indoor pools, the halls smelled like chlorine,

I was taking a respite because I just buried my mother a few days before. Unfortunately, this hotel is by a highway and major construction was going on. We could not sleep due to lights, cranes hamnering and noises. We were on the upper floor but that didn't matter. We ask for a room change but they could/would not because "we had a suite and they only had a few in the building and all were occupied" so, no match was available. So, we left after one restless night stay.
