We really loved the staff! Our room was comfortable. We plan to stay there again in the future!

Delight to stay. The hotel is updated and very comfortable. The breakfast was a full breakfast which was nice. Beds comfy. Room temp. was good. Staff friendly. Nice outside area with a fire pit and chairs to be able to eat breakfast or chill in the evening. I would go back.

The only complaint I have is that there was little to no sound proofing - could here doors slamming and people talking all night long.
-
The room was clean and the staff was very nice. They were doing maintenance and redecorating, but there was no mention of this on their website or while checking, in so that was a little disappointing especially between 7 an 9 in the evening while trying to wind down with the noise.

Stayed here several years ago - it was Great! Returned this time when visiting the area and found it, if anything, even better. It's now our "go-to-place" when visiting Carbon County.

Breakfast was awesome, jacuzzi/pool was awesome, back patio with fire pit was awesome

The room was clean, the pool area was okay. There was a weird blackish residue on the signs in the pool and a thick white foam on the top of the hot tub. Breakfast was good with very helpful breakfast staff. Our experience was mixed due to them pulling up the carpet in the stairs and the hallway we were staying in. Overall wasn't bad.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast menu offers amazing choices, and there is plenty of parking. The staff is very polite and always greets guests with a smile. The hot tub and pool are also very clean and enjoyable.

The staff was very lovely. Check in and check out were both very easy. The breakfast was mediocre, but it’s nice that it is provided. The room is very lovely and the pillows are wonderful! I think that the carpeting in the hallway outside of the room I was in on the first floor should be changed as it is very stained. But honestly on the whole it is a very nice hotel and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The Hampton Inn Lehighton was very clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. (Pool temp was perfect, hot tub a bit too hot, but that's just my opinion. We just kept going back & forth between the two.) They had a nice outdoor firepit area, decent complementary breakfast, comfortable beds, and good water pressure in the shower. My one negative was that in their recent attempt to modernize, they made the room seem very cold and sterile. There was no 'character' or coziness, very sparse furniture, no drawers to hold folded clothes, and no mirror other than in the bathroom. But even with saying this, we would stay there again.
-
The shower overflowed all the way into the hallway after taking a shower. When I called the desk, they said it had the wrong shower curtain. I had to mop up the mess with the towels provided in the bathroom. They offered to change the room the day after. The security door in the back of the hotel that says it is always locked was broken and never locked.
-
The only issue was a recent power spike had caused some problems with the card operated doors and the credit card scanners. After fixing a second storm came through and caused the problems to return. But the staff was right on it.

We get together there every year for VHSfest and you guys make it so nice! We can hang out once we get back on the back patio and it’s one of the best parts of the trip! Great breakfast and rooms! Nothing really

The room was spotless, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only concern I noticed was the back entrance to the patio door was never securely locked. In today’s world, we should never overlook such security issues.
