Room was dirty and staff didn’t do much to address our concerns. Wouldn’t recommend

The floor is not clean. The shower floor spreaded out water all over to toilet. I had to use towels to soak water out from the floor. The motel manager did not give me the passcode to open Internet. The TV had no captions for Deaf people!

Overall a good stay for a night.

We booked this place a month before our trip we were seeing a concert at Snapdragon stadium. We got there and we saw a sign on the door saying their website had stopped working about a month ago, so they might not have our reservations. Already suspicious, I walked in to check in and overheard the people in front of me getting turned away even though they had reservations. When it was my turn I gave the lady my information and for a long time she just stared at her computer clicked a couple buttons and proceeded to tell me what she told the other people before me… they didn’t have our reservation Expedia never sent it to them…. But this happened to multiple people trying to make the concert. They knew there was a big event in town and they overbooked themselves. It was a horrible experience but I will say Expedia was amazing and rebooked me and my boyfriend for another place free of extra charge to us. I will continue to use Expedia they were so helpful despite all that happened.

Once they assigned me a room I asked to get a room away from all the people hanging outside of that room and she told me no, then I go in the room the wash cloth and the hand towel were wet and not even folded neatly. Then in the bathroom I killed 3 roaches and I killed 2 by the bed I was sleeping in.this place is dirty that's why it's so cheap not worth it all all.

Found cigarettes burns on the sheets along with paint spots. The building seems really run down. It was hard to speak to the staff. I went several times and rang their door bell but no one was available.

Room smell of smoke. Parking good. Location close to stores. Mattress not comfy.

I mean for an emergency it was okay. The floor was dirty in the room and as well as the bed sheets they seem like they were reused with out being washed, due to the hair all over the bed. I had to remove the sheets and dust them off. There was also a mini fridge that was so noisy when the compressor would kick on. Also it wouldn’t hurt to wipe the darn tv remote clean, it was like tacky when I grabbed it. I stayed in room 119.

Remote staff late at night threw me off; it felt a little cheap. But, the hotel itself was clean and acceptable.

Most horrible experience ever checked into the room with kiosk to top it off. No one was at the hotel at all. We went into the room and found dirty bedsheets, rubbish bed, and beer, bottles and bottles of liquor thrown away and the trash cans, dirty floor, dirty towels, and still took my check in. I would like a refund from this visit and this stay soon as possible.

Comfortable and fairly nice for a decent price just a little small and the area is SLIGHTLY sketch but not too bad. Would stay again

They didn't clean the room well enough smell like humidity and cigarette smoke combined i had to buy glade freshener to get rid of smell

I wanted a simple, safe room in a hotel for one night. When I came there, I felt someway uneasy about the appearance as well as safety of the hotel. The office in front was closed, and I checked at a a window, sort of like a ticket window at a movie therater. When I checked out, I rang a number, was admitted to the office, and spoke with a person online. I assume this procedure reflected concern for office staff. The room itself as adequate and had a large tv which was great to walk the World Cup matches. However I would not return to this hotel.

Terrible place. Walls are dirty. Bed sheets stained. Bathroom broken. And the mini fridge didn’t work. Avoid staying here

The time me avd my bf like going there from time to time just younger away avd its always the one we choose to go because of the way we feel Welcome avd that’s everting.
