It would have been complete 5 stars but to my surprise parking wasn’t included in our stay.

Clean, comfortable bed, Shower looks like it was redone recently, and it looks more modern. Good water pressure. Nice size TV that does not look like it is 20 years old. The AC worked great. The negatives include just a basic hard plastic chair at the desk next to the TV. No other place to sit, even though there is room for another set of chairs and a table. Very spartan. The location is convenient, very close to I8. You can walk to the 7/11 for coffee and whatnot, and there is also a Starbucks and a Better Buzz a bit further down the street, but still walking distance. Parking is very tight, especially with a larger vehicle. The one morning, I had to get into my rented Jeep Grand Cherokee through the PASSENGER side because there was no way for me to access the driver's side door due to another large SUV parked right next to me.

Overall, it was a good stay for the price, but it could use a few more amenities.

Decent place to stay for the night especially when traveling with pets. One major ding was the Dog relief area is artificial turf and had a strong smell or urine.

I liked the room. I liked the area. I liked how quick and efficient it was getting the room. The room for the most part was well kept. But there were roaches in the bathroom area.
