I was unable to stay at the hotel because the staff refused to honor my Booking.com reservation, even though it was confirmed. Booking.com’s support team called the hotel, but they still refused to accept the reservation. The staff provided very poor customer service. There are plenty of reasons why I didn't like the hotel.

The hotel itself is under reservation so it honestly looks horrible but the room I stayed in was very modern. It has the LED touch mirror in the bathroom. I had a full size fridge, kitchen sink, and a glass stove, top to coupon good place for a longer day and cheap rates but if you’re looking to enjoy any amenities, there are none within the hotel can’t leave when I stayed here in June 2026

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is undergoing renovations, so maybe some day it will be nice, but for now it's filthy, staff-less and unsafe. We actually had two men (w/ the hotel) beat on our door yelling that we couldn't use our phone to record. We didn't stay, too unsafe. It should be closed down. Took 15 minutes just to find someone to "check us in".

The picture of the room was NOTHING like what we walked into!!! Also, the website should have disclosed that there was major renovation underway. If I had known this, I never would have booked. I am seeking a refund. We left almost immediately for an other location.
