There is no coffee pot in the room. We had no hot water the evening we checked in or the next morning. The air conditioner was extremely loud and would only set one temperature. Which was 70 but continuously ran and was extremely cold.

I booked this hotel at the last minute because I needed somewhere to stay for one night. Unfortunately, it wasn't a great experience. The room felt worn and wasn't as clean as I expected. There were a few small stains on the sheets, which immediately made me uncomfortable. The amenities were also very minimal—just one small bar of soap and a tiny tube of shampoo. One thing that really confused me was check-in. I asked the front desk where I could get bottled water or if there was a vending machine. I was told my only option was to get water from the faucet in my room. However, as soon as I walked inside, I saw a vending machine that sold drinks. It was a small thing, but it left me questioning how helpful or knowledgeable the staff was. The hotel was also quite noisy, with loud guests arguing nearby during the evening, which made it difficult to relax. The employee I interacted with was polite, but overall this property was well below my expectations. I would recommend spending a little more for a cleaner, quieter hotel if possible.

Bed and bathroom were clean The kitchen area was super old and ducted taped together.

I guess the location, away from the crowds and the noise of the city, in a suburban neighborhood or so it looked. Staff were meh..room was meh... Bed was meh.. It looked like a long stay kind of place but we just needed to crash for the night. Wish the checking in process took less time. Not very friendly atmosphere.

Close to restaurants and not far from UofK hospital Unfriendly staff, uncomfortable bed, small pillows, doors slamming all through the night, we saw drug deals in rear parking lot, several low quality people, no coffee machine in room or lobby, last night of stay I seen and killed a cockroach.

There was only staff at the front desk from 11am-2am, which proved less than helpful when our neighbors were slamming their door and yelling in the hallway and parking lot at all hours of the night. I went to talk to the front desk multiple times during what was supposed to be a 4 night stay to ask for assistance, but they almost always had a "We'll be back in 10 mknute sign" on the desk. Ultimately, we ended up cutting our trip short and checking out a day early because the hotel stay was terrible. When I did get to speak to someone about us leaving early, it was only because someone decided to come out from the office after they heard me answering another guest's question about how I liked the hotel, and I'd mentioned the bad smell and inconsiderate neighbors (the sign saying they'd be back was up and I'd already waited 15 minutes). She didn't even inquire why we were leaving a day early. The only upsides were that they were relatively cheap, close to campus, and the rooms were acceptably clean (they just smelled bad), though we ended up finding another hotel that was 100x better and still $10 cheaper.

To start, we checked into a room on the 3rd floor. We had an event to attend so we walked in, sat our bags down, and ran right out. We got back to our room a little after midnight where we did a thorough check and realized our room was nowhere near clean. There was toothpaste left in the bathroom sink from the person before and crusty body fluids on the blankets that had clearly not been washed. I contacted someone over the phone who advised me to go to the front desk. There we were met with Shawn, who when we explained the situation nicely and told him we would prefer new blankets (which was posted on the walls that we could request at any time) or a new room was very disrespectful and just kept saying “well the room was cleaned so I don’t know what you all did” and when we insisted we hadn’t been in the room long enough to do anything he asked “well who do you think went into your room?” We didn’t think anyone had-the room was just not clean. He then put us in room 133-very hatefully I might add where we proceeded to stay for our first night. We went to the room, inspected the bed, and immediately crashed. The next morning my wife woke me up and informed me that we had no hot water, and additionally there was mold all over the bathroom door. I went back to the front desk where manager Avery assisted us in getting a third room. She was very nice and apologetic for the issues had with Shawn. We got to our third room which was an improvement from the first 2 but still dirty.
