I stay here a lot always great place when I go there food is amazing also

Charged $15.00 a day for parking after paying $380.00 a night for the room. I think that is ridiculous. Overpriced.

Have stayed here several times when visiting my daughter at UK. Always a friendly staff and clean spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and always very quiet.

The place was immaculate. Extremely kind staff.

Pros: clean room, spacious bathroom, unique overall decor. Cons: high incidental holds, parking fees, and we could hear the neighbors through the bathroom vent. Tried to get help with reducing the incidental hold, and "Samantha" was not helpful at all. We ended up using $39 of the $100 held, and only because we felt forced because our money was being held hostage. So, buyer beware. The cost to book the room was very reasonable, but the fees and incidental holds reduced the value overall and the customer service was poor. As such, I would not recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed. Interesting design. A bit dark in the atrium.

Nice having a quality restaurant on premises. Room had a couple of quality issues but overall a great stay

Everything was pretty clean, very easy to find the place itself. The room was spacious and with very good noice isolation. It’s a bit cold in the hotel itself

Great location the room was nice and clean. the staff was very helpful.

Our check-in person on Saturday was awesome. She was very informative and pleasant to speak with. We needed in our room hour or so early she had our room ready.

Front desk personnel checking me in didn’t know how to work the system. All she wanted to do is charge me as much as she could and since I’ve stayed at this hotel I never had any issues until now

Everything was great.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, with the exception of housekeeping. I made a comment to the front desk about this at least twice throughout my trip when I would leave in the morning and come back at night to find that the room was either completely untouched or the bare minimum was done (tuck sheets back into place). I keep my room clean during my stay but I expect at the least; fresh towels, garbage removed, bed made, hygiene products/coffee station restocked appropriately. My encounters with housekeeping was also very unpleasant, when I asked for a minute as I was leaving the room, the lady just skipped over the room entirely and I was not aware until I returned at the end of the day to find it just how I left it.

I liked how big and clean and comfortable the room was. And the large shower was also nice. I also liked the friendliness of the staff. I was disappointed that the Peloton bike in the fitness room did not hook up to the internet. I was told that the hotel had stopped paying the licensing fee for the Peloton service. That's too bad. Also, one of the two treadmills did not work properly and was potentially dangerous. The other treadmill worked fine.

Comfort and cleanliness of the room; staff were very friendly and efficient.

Everything was excellent!! No exaggeration!! The room was well designed. Bed was comfortable. The bar and lounge was very accommodating. Location was very good. Food served was great especially the buffet breakfast! And most of all the staff working in the hotel was professional and accommodating and very hardworking. And very friendly. Real class act! Thank you for making our stay superb!!!! We will definitely stay there again when and if we come to Lexington Kentucky!! 👍👍
