Very professional and courteous staff. Rooms and hallways quiet which was nice. Got room here twice on a trip driving to and from our destination. Second time of staying here the room did not seem as clean, and again there were no towels at the pool which happened the first stay too, however, the staff brought them when asked. The breakfast had good variety and choices and staff very nice. Would stay here again.

Very beautiful motel layout (French Quarter themed) throughout. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and very spacious. Very comfortable beds, large showers. There are only 2 elevators for the whole motel, and they are located adjacent to the lobby.

Hotel has an exceptional breakfast with a great variety of food choices.

The Staff was quite helpful. Had great areas to hang out for our Mardet Reunion, thank you.

I really enjoyed my stay! It was a wonderful hotel, with a cool vibe. My only complaint is the stay didn’t last long enough. Due to an apparent global outage, I didn’t get checked in until 8 pm and checked out at 11 am. So it was a very expensive 15 hour stay. However, that was not the fault of the hotel. I was offered a free drink, which I gladly accepted! I will stay again.

I booked this hotel for my 19 year old son. After driving 5 hours to get to school early, they turned him away after 12am because he was not 21. No where was it stated he needed to be 21 and they took my payment.

After a nation wide computer outage effecting Hilton properties my arrival your staff did a good job attending to our needs. I give your staff a 2 thumbs up on their professionalism regarding an impossible situation! The second TV in our suite would not turn on. Suite 313

My husband and I had issues with the airport shuttle service both to and from the airport. We were assured that it was all set up, and then both times it was not set up.

It was such a wonderful place filled with such wonderful people everywhere. From staff to tenants, everyone was so polite and hospitable. Even when we woke up to a flat tire. My back passenger tire had been punctured by a screw. Almost every person who didn't see us denying help stopped and offered assistance with putting on my spare. Just so happened, I had a spare tire this time, but it feels good to know I was around good people who were willing to help if necessary. Great place to stay!!! P.s... ask for their cookies!!YUMMY!
