The staff were very pleasant and helpful, with the exception of housekeeping. I made a comment to the front desk about this at least twice throughout my trip when I would leave in the morning and come back at night to find that the room was either completely untouched or the bare minimum was done (tuck sheets back into place). I keep my room clean during my stay but I expect at the least; fresh towels, garbage removed, bed made, hygiene products/coffee station restocked appropriately. My encounters with housekeeping was also very unpleasant, when I asked for a minute as I was leaving the room, the lady just skipped over the room entirely and I was not aware until I returned at the end of the day to find it just how I left it.

I liked how big and clean and comfortable the room was. And the large shower was also nice. I also liked the friendliness of the staff. I was disappointed that the Peloton bike in the fitness room did not hook up to the internet. I was told that the hotel had stopped paying the licensing fee for the Peloton service. That's too bad. Also, one of the two treadmills did not work properly and was potentially dangerous. The other treadmill worked fine.

Everything was excellent!! No exaggeration!! The room was well designed. Bed was comfortable. The bar and lounge was very accommodating. Location was very good. Food served was great especially the buffet breakfast! And most of all the staff working in the hotel was professional and accommodating and very hardworking. And very friendly. Real class act! Thank you for making our stay superb!!!! We will definitely stay there again when and if we come to Lexington Kentucky!! 👍👍

The staff is terrible Staff is terrible and facilities are inaccurate

We were looking for a clean, nice, but not too expensive place for move in weekend at the University of Kentucky. This place was a great fit for our needs. Very nice, clean, and great location.

Most of other staff in daylight hours very helpful. Its sonewhat dark in lobby area.

Hotel has a great style. Rooms were big. Some minor things like touchup paint and attention to detail of just making sure things didn’t look tired is my only constructive feedback. I have a critical eye so it’s possible most people wouldn’t even notice. Front desk staff was very helpful. We had a lot of changes in additions during our stay and they were always helpful and did not mind working through our updates. We will definitely stay here again. I like that it was very close to university Kentucky, but not being right downtown.

Booked my stay at this location mainly due to the complimentary airport shuttle. Called before my flights and shuttle was not running on my arrival or departure day.

Just a wonderful experience! I felt that the money spent was well worth it, given the comfort, cleanliness, and sense of safety I experienced throughout my stay.
