AC was making a lot of noise, more than normal. Difficult to sleep. Maintenance can be improved.

Check in staff was so nice, complimentary water, great variety for breakfast and lots of seating, even for ppl working(laptop users). Although we did not utilize it, there was a pool table in the main area, with a marketplace that sells snacks and drinks(alcohol and nonalcoholic)

The facility was clean. The workout room had goood options to get in a good workout. The pool table and games available was a nice touch. The rooms were not sound proof we could hear a lot going on around us and could see the hall light coming under the door.

The room was very spacious, the location was very convenient, very quiet - no hallway noise. The floor in the bathroom was not sloped correctly, the water from our showers rolled past the floor drain to the entryway. I hadn't planned on mopping up water! Thank goodness it was a laminated floor. I missed the upholstered chair and otterman. I felt like I spent the night in a dorm room without the noise. I gave the lower score on price because the week before I stayed at another Hilton property for $40 more for two night.
