The staff always had a pleasant smile for you coming in and checking out.

We did not have any hot water Saturday night or Sunday morning. We were there for a sports tournament, we were sweaty and needed showers. We were told Saturday night they flipped a breaker and hoped it would be back soon, it wasn’t. Got up at 5 am to get showers Sunday, still no hot water. They said they called maintenance but they wouldn’t be in till later in the morning. We washed off with ice cold water and went to games. One of the best parts of a hotel stay for me as a mom (who always gets the last shower at home) is having unlimited hot water. Very disappointing stay, very unhelpful, uncaring staff when asked about it. They said I would get a partial refund but I have not.

Great location near everything you could need. Staff was friendly and room was well appointed.

Place was perfect. Location was super close to multiple fast food and sit down restaurants of different levels. Across the Main Street was Meijers, Sierra, Half Price Books, Barnes and Noble,Staples as well as multiple smaller National store front stores. Hotel was perfect, morning breakfast, “snack shop”, room was great, black out shades, mini fridge, hot water, lots of told!!! Great trip overall!!!!

Service

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Our room was not ready at check in, which was not that big of a deal, but the staff seemed to aloof that we were waiting. They could have at least offered some kind of complementary snack or additional waters, especially since we had young kids with us, and we were tired from traveling. We think the fact that breakfast costs extra is absolutely absurd. This is something I missed in the reviews and I wish I would’ve caught. Had I noticed this, we would not have stayed. Most other hotels I’ve stayed at, including many Hiltons, include breakfast with your nightly rate. The most recent example is the Homewood suites by Hilton in Louisville. It was a nicer hotel and breakfast was included.

Great stay, parking was full, breakfast is not free. The hotel is in a very busy area but easy to get in and out of. Would stay here again

What I DIDN’T like about the property: The bar area is a lot to be desired for a Hilton Garden Inn. The guy bartender was great, he knew his drinks and how to prepare them. The lady didn’t know any of the drinks we requested but was very polite, maybe more training for her before she’s on her own. The stock of Michelob Ultra ran out of cold beer at the bar and at the self serve area, some was finally

Right off highway, we’re great with dogs.very accommodating! Nice area to take dogs out! Staff very friendly! Rooms were a little small.

This is an okay place to stay. I travel a lot in business and have noticed many other Hilton properties with better amenities (bathrooms upgrades etc). but this one is okay. Safe, close to food and the interstate. Very loud in the rooms, people walking upstairs, tv’s next door etc. Not something the hotel can really control but something you definitely notice.

If you like to workout while traveling this is not your place. Only 1 of 2 treadmills worked, no weights and exteremly hot workout room.
