Clean, convenient near I75 and Costco (gas).

The hotel was fine …. Rooms were a bit dated

clean and friendly staff... well priced.

Clean Nothing

Very clean room and public spaces, lovely breakfast, kind staff. My main objection lies with whoever designs and furnishes the rooms. The shower didn't have a full sliding door or curtain, but rather a sort of strange glass wing that I think is supposed to keep water in, but, for example, someone stretching their leg out to shave knocks the wing out of place and the floor floods. We ended up using all of our towels to sop up the mess. Speaking of towels, they were thin and cheap, as were the pillows. While we enjoyed much of the stay, the main things you use a hotel room for—showering and sleeping—were not that fun because of the low-end materials.

Receptionist was so friendly and helpful! Very nice hotel.

The breakfast was great and the staff are very nice The pool area was filthy, there was algae and mildew all over.

Large room for our toddler to run around but sadly the carpet turned her feet/socks black. The shower head was also nearly impossible to fully turn off which explains the rust on the drain.

The size of room. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The staff was so so.

The room itself was great the furnishings I had wanted a ground floor room, but I got one on the second floor.

Rooms were clean Not enough workers. Front desk lad y was rude. One had 1 washer working and had to come down to desk 3 times for new towels

Exceptional

Not much Check in was 3 hours late. We booked 4 rooms and one wasn't ready until 6:00. Check in is at 3. All of our rooms had disgusting rust stains in the bathroom. There was a torrential downpour from the ceiling in the pool. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude when we understandably upset that our room wasn't ready 3hours past check in. I am incredibly upset with the customer service.

Could use some updates and several things were tattered and torn, carpet, etc. The hallways were hot and humid but the room was comfortable. The elevator had issues while we were there. The phone in the room wasn’t even plugged in to anything and was basically a prop. There was no channel list or any way to figure out what was what with the tv, the guide button did not work.
