Hyatt Place Lexington

Great quick stay

Overnight stay. Room was clean. Shower is back up with slow drainage. Called and front desk stated maintenance wasn't on premises she would get the supplies and try to help. Half n hr later went down and was told the same think. No one showed up

The Air conditioning was so loud that i couldn’t sleep

Snallest bar ever. Haha. Pool slightly larger than the normal bathtub size ones hotels seem to have nowadays. Would stay there again.

Window in one of the rooms wasn't properly functional, pool was closed ( I had called a couple the aye before stay to verify pool was open was only reason.o stayed here).

Everything was super clean smelled great! The breakfast was really good! Only issue was the pool is out of order which wasn’t a big deal for us but if someone was traveling with kids that could be a big deal!

The first thing I noticed was the ample parking. Next, I was greeted by staff and noticed how clean the facility was. My room was in great condition and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the shower/tub. I had my two little girls with me, they still take baths. When I went to run their baths, the spout was loose and the shower was leaking as I attempted to run their bath. Other than that I enjoyed the facility, staff, and pool area as well

One staff member, after mistreating my daughter, was nice to me. Upon check in, we were told we did no5 have a room, even though it was confirmed. We finally did get a room after waiting about 40 minutes. The check in clerk looked like he had no clue what he was supposed to do then turned around and charged the wrong card, charged the wrong a count and caused an overdraft.

We only stayed one night as we were apartment hunting for UK. But we were welcomed kindly and quickly. Our room was nice and clean. I think someone had stolen the TV gizmo so we couldn’t stream our apps and had to watch their cable. But we didn’t need it really anyways. It was very quiet and it is nice they enforce quiet hours so people can sleep and enjoy their stay. Probably my favorite pet. Breakfast was okay…no pancakes just waffles that you put in the toaster. So I feel like breakfast could be better for the price. It’s a safe location with lots of lighting in the parking area and yet close enough to pretty much anything you’d want. All in all a great stay with friendly staff, clean hotel, quiet, and I would definitely stay here again when I visit Lexington.

The staff we interacted with waste mostly friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is clearly understaffed. The woman who checked us in was overwhelmed and we saw her there at all times of the day for our entire stay. Pool never had towels and when we asked for some we were walked to the housekeeping laundry room where they had to search for a while to scrounge up 3 towels. The breakfast was subpar and they kept running out of plates and bowls. But our room was clean and met our needs.

Room was clean and very spacious. Ms. Bernadette was awesome and very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall a great experience. Would stay there again.

Room too noisy.

Location size of room Advertised as having restaurant, not true. Low quality free breakfast, children creating constant mess. Noisy neighbors until after midnight, no enforcement of quiet time. TV provider poor, not much free selection.

First time staying in Hyatt Place and we were impressed by the clean room, friendly staff, & let’s just that professionalism was displayed from every aspect. Will book future stays in Hyatt Place

The location is really good ita five minutes away form several great restaurants, a escape room and even a target is rlly close by I definitely recommend it here

It was peaceful and quiet and everything that I expected from Hyatt Place. The staff could have been kinder and less "straight forward." The lady who checked me in, who I also ran into later in the hallway, was not the most personable employee. But maybe she was just having a bad day. It happens to all of us.
