Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Ok breakfast. Went to use the pool at 2:30pm, and front desk said it should be open in an hour. We checked and it was still closed. We called the front desk and someone finally opened it up.

The room was nice The small toilets

Property was good. The only issue we had was the window was leaking water from raining. Notified the front desk. They was very nice about it they offered to move us into a different room.
-
Always friendly and clean, the visitors however are to be trained how to “close” bedroom doors and not to bang them closed

1. When we first arrived, we went to put our drinks in our refrigerator and my medication that had to stay cold. The fridge was not cold. So my husband tried seeing if it was plugged up, it was. So we called office and the guy working the office said to bring the fridge down and swap it with the one they have downstairs at desk. My husband goes to pickup the fridge and the back of it was SO HOT, he could barely even pick it up. So he went downstairs to get a rolling car to put the fridge on the rolling car due to it being hot, and the guy at the front desk then told him they don’t have an extra one for us. So there goes my medication that had to stay cold. They wouldn’t even let us switch rooms to one that had a working fridge. 2. The room was almost 80 degrees when we arrived. They did not bother even turning the a/c on knowing that we were arriving that day. It took about 3 hours for room to cool off to be comfortable. 3. The room STUNK. It had a AWFUL smell, kinda like a fish smell. YUCK! 4. Our key to our room didn’t work half the time we were there. We struggled everytime to get in our room. 5. There were crumbs all on our carpet, you could tell this room was not cleaned thoroughly. 6. The ONLY good thing about this room was the bed was comfortable. That is it. We will not be staying at this hotel again, especially with how often we go to Lexington. They also need to update the bedrooms because the carpets are right down filfthy.

It’s was great.

I left a note the next day asking not to go through my things- I guess it worked, because nothing else was messed with. That or they realized I did not have anything good. Nothing was taken because I did not leave anything of value behind. I never do in a hotel room. I did not use any of the facilities on the property so I can’t say anything for that. I was unable to use the coffee pot in the room because there was a part of the pot missing. See pic.No biggy overall- hotel room coffee usually isn’t good anyway. My top sheet was clean but I always bring my own blanket. The lower decorative sheet thing around the bottom of the bed was not clean. I think they’re called a duster or something? I won’t assume what it was…but it definitely was not clean. See pics Just a suggestion- remove them if they won’t be changed in between guests. I did not get a chance to let the front desk person know upon checkout as there were two people in front of me and I could not be late to my class. It served the purpose for a roof over my head while in Lexington however it ruined my opinion of the hotel name. I won’t try another one.

The front desk staff was friendly. Booked this hotel because of the outdoor pool however the pool did not open until 3:00!!! Was only in town for two days and wanted tan and read at the pool to relax. Had I known I would not be able to do this I would not have booked the hotel!! Also I was moved to a different room because the air was not working in my initial room. There was an RV parked in the back of the hotel that appeared to be “living” there as in on a permanent basis. Was very disappointed in my stay!
