Wonderful place to stay! Extremely helpful staff. Quiet...there was a volleyball tournament that weekend where the hotel was FULL! And It was still quite. It is very clean. The bed was super comfortable. We didn't get the breakfast for a fee. Overall, great place to stay and we will make this our hotel of choice when in Lexington.

I liked the customer service we recieved when an issue arrived. I did not like housekeeping cleaning of the bathroom. My husband's shaved hairs were visible after their cleaning. I also feel if they're going to remove the trash, replace towels and clean the bathroom they should make the bed while they're there.

No complimentary breakfast

Had a great 1 night stay on our way to Savana from Mich. Hotel was in a great safe part of town a half a mile from the freeway. Only 1 setback. No free breakfast. The Sushi place located in the hotel only had 1 guy working. And they ran out of milk/cream. We both use it in our coffee. Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

Wonderful, helpful front desk staff, Aubrey and Niki were amazing. Room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. Best experience ever.

I will stay there again. So glad they did not get the note stating they should remove the Coffee makers. I am spoiled I dont like having to leave my room to get coffee in the morning. The room was large the beds were comfy. The hotel smelled clean.

The guest services check in person was unhelpful and not particularly pleasant. She was not happy that I had booked with a third party service

My lady and I loved our suite. A proper suite too. Nice that the living room is separate from the bedroom. The restaurant was not our choice. We chose the Mexican restaurant instead. After all it was the World Cup.

Great stay

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. When we arrived and settled in our room we decide to go down stairs and try out the Japanese restaurant and to our surprise the food was great. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Modern, comfortable, clean property. Upscale Japanese restaurant on premises. Restaurants outside property within walking distance, ranging from McDonald's to an upscale steakhouse.
