Nothing good or bad

The staff is always exceptional and the rooms are always very clean!

The hotel was clean and staff were great. There are no fans or microwaves in the rooms.

The room was fine, but very small. No fan in bathroom, so when you have to take care of things, your roommate is aware. The breakfast was not great, so if you are traveling with kids, you may need to supplement. There was not enough hot items for the amount of hotel guests.

Everything is good with competitive price.

We would definitely stay again.

Clean. Well appointed rooms. Bed was comfortable. Pillows could have been better. Breakfast included hot and cold items. Good coffee. Could sit outside. Lots to walk to.

Property was new so everything looked very nice. Front desk gal was very nice and helpful. Coffee delicious. Bed super comfortable. Room spotless. Very quiet. Will mention only so that they may correct (but wasn't a problem) the shower conditioner dispenser also had shampoo in it - so 2 shampoo dispensers - no conditioner (room 207). Bathroom well equipped. The lobby gathering area was very welcoming. Nice place to hang about. I would definitely stay again!

The hotel, property, and room were spotless. Staff was great. Mini fridge but no microwave in the room - one available in the lobby. Room is just a bed and bathroom - but sooooo quiet, window cover gets the room pitch black. Bed was firm with give and very comfortable, pillows were excellent. Quality sleep for someone who does not sleep easily away from home. Everything was exceptionally clean. Big TV if you want it. Slippery floors in the bathroom/shower but enough towels you can just throw one down in each and solves the problem. Quality, good smelling products in the bathroom. I would absolutely stay here again. For a solo woman who was passing through and just needed a clean safe stay at 1am this was EXACTLY what I needed and wanted. Pricing was perfect - affordable but right on point given the simplicity of the offering. Love it. Right off 75. Did have to park in the back but enough space for everyone it seemed like and felt safe walking alone around to the front when i checked in at 1am. Will 100% stay at this property again

Great location, clean rooms and facility, comfy bed! The freshly ground coffee is delicious! Good value for your money. The absolutely only "complaint" I would mention is the breakfast options are few but it serves it's purpose. We would stay again without hesitation.

LOVED the Scandinavian vibe. Staff was kind of indifferent. Breakfast was fun and again love all the clean and streamlined touches like fun bagel bin and cereal dispensers. Beds and pillows SUPER fresh and very comfy!! Love all the dispensers like shampoo etc. CANNOT say enough good things about the versatile decor. Love the hardwoods. So clean!! Absolutely in love with all the big functional and cute hooks around the room!!! Way better than a closet IMO. Also love all the versatile surface areas that work for luggage as well as extra seating options! And the iron in the heat protectant zipper pouch was so fun! My daughter really appreciated the moveable side table so both my kids could have a surface next to their side! My only complaints at all were no microwave in the room and no freezer section in the fridge. But other than that I will seek out this hotel when I’m in Lexington and look for this chain elsewhere too!!

location is great and it's very quiet.

Hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. No complaints. Very convenient to many restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Perfect spot for the night. Always clean, his adventures & bed is comfortable, I always know what I'm getting with this brand which is why I will continue going to them. 💗

The room was clean. The elevator was dirty. The ice buckets located next to the ice machine were hit and miss……clean or dirty. No plastic liners available. Our room thermostat did not allow for setting either cool or heat. The heat came on when I set the thermostat one degree higher as the room was cold. Appreciated the room darkening shade. The breakfast was okay. Eggs and potatoes were fine. No English Muffins nor any wheat or multigrain bread…..only white bread. The food service attendant did not keep the food items stocked in a timely manner. Didn’t know if he normally had a helper. Poorly run. I realize it’s a budget IHG Hotel, but I would not stay again.
