They are in the middle of renovating this hotel and the first floor beyond the check in was torn up. Our room was updated but not ideal to have booked a hotel that was mid renovation,

Excellent location and plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast was great.

This hotel was in the middle of renovations. With that said the outside looked very nice, not too far off the interstate. The inside check in area was updated and clean. Breakfast was just enough to satisfy, eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, waffles, etc. Our room was on the second floor. Very nicely updated. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Sad carpet already had a couple stains in it. Very nice shower, however it squeaked while taking a shower, like it did not have enough insulation or foam board underneath it. Going thing no fire as stairs were blocked off and only use of elevator. Overall, very happy with our stay here. Looks like the renovating was seriously needed and will be very nice when complete.

They were doing some renovations on the facility so there was that but it really didn’t effect our stay, outstanding staff and awesome breakfast.

This Best Western Plus is currently under construction, most of the "mess" is construction related. Check in was easy, breakfast and pool area are clean. Not tons of options for breakfast, but the omelettes were very good! The gym is 3 cardio pieces and that's it, no weights. Ice appeared to only be located on the main floor. Room was clean; however, we had 2 random body lotions, 2 body wash bars, and a shampoo. Usually for a one night stay I rely on using shampoo and conditioner at the hotel. Luckily this time I happened to bring mine, not a huge issue but would have inconvenient after arriving so late. Bed was comfy, updates to the hotel were done well, we stayed on the weekend so didn't have construction noise. Traveled with a dog and there were poop bags out front for convenience! Overall would stay here again and have recommended to others traveling this route.

They are under a remodel. Rooms are updated and very nice and clean. Lots of parking. Breakfast was wonderful. Will stay here again.

Very impressed! Everything looks brand new. Beautiful, clean and a great breakfast buffet. I would definitely stay here again.

Cale (the front desk worker) was incredibly friendly and helpful! We found our room super clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the renovated part of the hotel was very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Didn't even charge me for my dog! Super convenient check in and check out. Very friendly employees! Clean rooms with comfy beds. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The staff were very helpful. We stayed 2 nights one night on our way to Colorado and one on the way back. They hotel was under construction and they were unable to have breakfast our 1st night. They gave us a nice discount for the 2nd night. The remodel project is going to be very nice. The 2nd morning breakfast was excellent. Thank you vbery much and I highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were nice and it met all of our needs.

Kale (not sure on the spelling) at the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and very accommodating. I would stay here again.

We stayed in a newly renovated room. It was very nice and very clean! They are updating the property and it will be beautiful when it is finished!
-
Breakfast was good, however.

Helpful staff. Hotel in process of a major upgrade. Nice rooms completely remodeled 2 & 3 floors. Pool area was closed during renovations. We will be back. Slept great and well taken care of by staff. Thank you for a great 4th of July vacation!

I have no idea how this hotel has such a good rating. So misleading. I’m driving cross country and am exhausted from a 15 hr drive. I check Expedia and think okay this is a good one at a fair price. I get to my room, walk in and get hit with a mildew smell. The sheets on the bed were moist and the towels in the bathroom the same, moist towels. Totally disgusting. The shampoo in the bathroom they provide has enough in it for one shower. Found a large bug crawling on my wall. To top of this nightmare 2 families that were connected were staying across the hall. Its 10pm and the kids were running up and down the hall yelling and slamming doors. I called the front desk and they said they would address it. They did not. Again, at 11pm I call again amd the receptionist acts upset I called and smugly tells me, we will see what we can do. Finally by midnight I had fallen asleep. DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s the worst hotel I can remember
