My key did not work to the room the person had to back 2 times to get another one and my key still did not work. My dad has a prosthetic leg so we had to walk a long way to the room and we had shorts on because we were on way to hospital in Winchester from Tennessee. It took 30 minutes to get in the room. I would have thought the motel would have been more accommodating I probably wouldn’t stay again

Bed had dead bugs under the mattress pad. Not bedbugs, just like little gnats or fleas or something. The deadbolt barely passed into the jamb and would have been zero protection against break in. Some pillows smelled like smoke. Like a smoker had slept on them.

I can't eat donuts, waffles or cereal. Where are the sausages and eggs. I'm a type 2 diabetic. .Nothing was plugged in . I had to climb under the table to plug in the coffee maker plug in the clock and you can write your name in the dust on the lamp base. The nightstand has sticky rings from soda cans. I really hope they changed the sheets before I got there. I got some sleep.

This hotel is not clean. The microwave in one of the Rooms was disgusting. Something had exploded in it. The pool has rust on the bottom of it with green water. The carpets are disgusting.

Price The first room we were given was hot and had several bugs (some dead and some alive). We requested to move and the second room was hot (just as hot inside as outside after 1.5 hours). The third room was bug-free with working AC but there was no stopper in the bathtub and the water did not drain. We were offered a fourth room but that was just ridiculous as it was late and we were only staying one night. Definitely will not stay here again.
