Breakfast really isn’t very good, as they go. Cereal, bread, sad fruit. Haven’t yet received my deposit returned from this stay. Not a bad place to stay, but nothing special especially for price.

Location near I 81, Lexington, and Buena Vista makes for a great overnight stay. It is clean, well maintained, and a great value

Clean room comfortable bed

Clean room, nice staff, plenty of parking available, close to town shops and restaurants.

The hotel was fairly clean, but the hotel is very old and dated. We thought it would be a newer hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Great service and very clean

Everything was nice, and clean. The staff was very nice. Check in was easy and quick. The only complaint was the rooms felt damp, I am sure it had to do with the humidity of the season, but the A/C was off and the room was not conditioned. You can tell the air conditioner is turned off between guest, and there is no way to dehumidify the room. So that makes the room feel wet and sticky.

Kayla on the night shift is an absolute gem. We were a later arrival, and she got us checked in and taken care of so efficiently. Kayla was friendly, professional, and so, so helpful. We saw her each evening of our stay, and she was always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The hotel itself was clean, the room was well appointed, the hotel breakfast was above average. It was a truly enjoyable stay.

Room smelt pretty bad, floors felt almost wet like. The air filter looks like it was never cleaned. And one bed smelt clean and the other smelt dirty or musty like. Breakfast had little options.

In the second room, the sheets on the one bed had not been changed between guests. Hair and crumbs in the bed….disgusting! Breakfast is typical Spark with limited options but bagels, yogurt, fruit were good enough. Would not stay here again.

For an upgrade change from a Choice property to a Hilton property it was alright.

Front desk staff was amazing!

Hotel hallway smelled musty and had a foul odor. The hotel room itself was probably 90% humidity and everything felt damp - carpet, bedding and towels. This is all despite the AC being on and running constantly. It was gross and I would never stay here ever again
