Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Liberal

The water pressure in the shower was good. Toilet had a running water sound, so hopefully they check that out. It was incredibly windy the night I stayed, and I was on the 4th floor. Grateful I had earplugs because between the wind and the sound the AC unit made, it was going to be tough to sleep without them! Gym looked decent. Pool is tiny and has a terrible view, but seemed like a decent place to lounge. If there are kids splashing around, it wouldn't be a relaxing space, though. Check in team seemed annoyed, regardless of time of day. Got the job done, but could be more friendly or happy to greet guests.

The hotel was great, pool was warm and wonderful.

I made a reservation for a room with 2 queen beds. When we arrived, the hotel did not have a room with 2 queens and had to settle for 1 king bed.

Amazing stay. Looking forward to staying at the next Fairmont. Everything was perfect. Even the breakfast was amazing.

the hotel was amazing! Breakfast had many items to choose from both hot and cold.. The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very welcome!

The front desk was terrible. One of the workers, she said her name was Karen, not sure if that was a fake name given, was one of the worst workers I’ve seen. I manage people for a living and would fire her tomorrow. Absolutely useless. A lot of people can be coached up, she is not one of them. Worked the overnight shift from May21-22. We couldn’t check out because there was nobody up there. Continental breakfast was below average. Room was not very clean. For the amount we paid, it was a tough experience. If we paid half of our total, I would’ve been content.

The hotel was very clean and the amenities were very nice. The breakfast in the morning was quite nice. The beds were extremely hard and the pillows were so soft that they formed around your head. It was overall a nice experience.

They do not clean your room everyday you are there, we had to ask to have our room cleaned ( really just take the garbage and new towels - after 3 days) The person cleaning the floor I was on, was not nice and was quite rude when I asked if I could exchange my dirty towels for new ones. Laundry worked. Gym was big! Parking lot was big! Breakfast options were good. Staff in lobby and dining area were super nice and friendly. Location of hotel is on one end of the town ( by Don Taco food truck and Wendy’s) I’d say it’s one of the farthest hotels to the college out of the 3 I’ve stayed at, but definitely one of the newest ones. It is on one of the main streets so it’s loud outside.

Staff were great. Climate control in room was awful. Could not get temp below 70 which was too hot to sleep.
