Canned fruit and yogurt. Coffee maker was broke. Our room stunk. Curtains torn. Wall paper peeling. Water on bathroom floor.

Everything was great

The stay was nice. Rooms were clean. Shower was great. The staff was friendly.

Our room was pet friendly. Our room was fairly clean, but really rundown. There was a sign about renovations but our room had rust everywhere, especially about the bathroom door. One of the wall lights had a short because the light and switch flickered and buzzed when you turned it on. The shower had either a huge stain or paint missing on the floor so we skipped the shower. We were down the hall from the front desk and there was a doorbell that sounded all night, not sure if that was a door alarm or front desk buzzer but it was all night and early morning. There were also some staff or construction people having loud conservations early in the morning down the hall from us. There were also a couple of guys hanging out in the parking lot in an old Buick when we checked in. My wife went to pick up some dinner for us and they were gone but when she returned, the guys were back hanging out in the parking lot in their car again and she felt unsafe.

Our beds were comfy with three fluffy pillows for each which was very nice. Carpets were the cleanest I've seen in a hotel chain (most likely new). The chairs and curtains could use some cleaning. Was happy to find HBO channels available. AC worked great. Our upstairs room was close to the stairs/lobby. Did not notice any real noise from trucks outside or guests--quiet rest for us! Breakfast offered (from 6 till 9) consisted of coffee machine, 2 cereal types, small yogurt/fruit cup/cran juice, milk, the last of the toast was gone at 645am--not sure if they refilled. If there was another item it was gone/missing. Slim pickinz! The door mentioned a pool but I have no idea if it existed or not--too tired to care. Gals at the desk were accommodating although checking in took a while due to hotels.com card issue but everything went through fine. The fridge in our room worked very well to keep our beverages cold which was a pleasant surprise as most hotels fridges are in poor condition. Parking lot was small (had to go around the dirt road to get out) and the birds in the trees pooped on my vehicle. Oh well. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room/property and the cool, quiet rest. Would recommend!

I didn't like that the room was very hot and it took an hour to cool it down, but once cool it felt great! I didn't like that around 11pm hour the loud fire alarm went off and people were scrambling as well as confused and loud pets, which was not their fault, then when I reported/brought it up when checking out the clerk said "oh ya that happens now and then" as if it were nothing. One last thing, the website has stated the pool is under construction, its been out of commission for a long time according to reviews I read and when I asked the clerk stated it would not be opening back up, it would be nice to let people know this

Bed was decent, room seemed clean. The refrig in the room looks like it was picked up on the side of the road but it worked.
-
Coffee was available 24/7. Room was musty smelling and AC unit loud...needed probable maintenance... Refrigerator in room had rusty door. And, minimal working outlets to plug into for phone or a laptop battery restore. Breakfast had very minimal selection (we were there less than 30 minutes after it had opened). Even the Cheerios were stale and not edible.
-
Hotel dated. Needs some updating in decor and amenities.

TV didn't work right. Scary outside! Rooms are outdated. You moved me 3 times and proceeded to rent them out afterward with TV issues. Awful just wanted to watch TV and relax 2 days. Also 1st room had no water pressure! Boo. Never again. Hamilton suites I'm made a mistake!! You're the best!!!

At first glance I wasn't sure about this place but it was really nice. Looks recently redone. The semi traffic at night was pretty bad but it's not the hotels fault.

Good

Good staff and quiet place, we'll be staying there again!

Parking was easy and staff was very pleasant. No closet in my room. 1 drawer. NO daily housekeeping and breakfast was an abomination. Very disappointed.
-
Location Under renovation. Beds very uncomfortable. AC noisy. No regular coffee, only decaf. Breakfast not very appetizing.
-
Location Felt like a very sloppy unfinished makeover. Painted wallpaper, no baseboards. Bed was comfortable but room overall was very poorly updated
-
Breakfast was good enough for us. Location was good.

Good for price

Will not stay there again
