Friendly staff-clean room

This property had NO hot water in certain rooms; which included the 2 rooms we booked. The front staff did not give any notice and/or compensation until we asked to use another room to bathe. This was unacceptable. Especially after a long day of travel.

This seemed newly remodeled. Cute paint colors and wall decor. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Decent breakfast. Great for pets.

Hotel room smelled like cats. One bed even had what looked like cat hair on it. Had a miserably cold shower as the hot water heater was broken. That would have been nice to know when we checked in minutes earlier. The breakfast was good, besides a few flies flying around. Would not stay here again.

We had no hot water at night or in the morning at this hotel. Front desk at night said maybe just let it run awhile but later found out they already knew all the hot water wasn’t working. Front desk acted like I really inconvenienced them in the morning telling them our hot water still wasn’t working and our tv didn’t work. We only stayed one night but wished I would have went somewhere else. I sent a message on this app to the hotel with no response.
