Every IHG hotel I've stayed at in the last year (over 40 nights) has had a broken pool and spa.

This is one of the worst one night stays I have had somewhere. We had staff and other guests with access to our room walk in, one at 10:30 at night. Our room key was deactivated, locking us out twice! There were pubic hairs still in the shower and soap or toothpaste spray on the mirror in the bathroom. We paid an extra fee for having our pet with us…for a “pet friendly” hotel, there is no adequate place to walk a dog for the bathroom. I would not recommend this place and honestly, staff saying “sorry” just isn’t good enough.

It seemed like a nice hotel. The lobby and breakfast area were nice. The guy making the breakfast was helpful and kind. The breakfast was great. But our room was filthy!!! The carpet felt sticky and within minutes of walking around our feet were black! I could hardly stand it to have children in there. The window and around it was absolutely horrible. Layers of dust and dirt. What a let down Holiday Inn! There's a reason why we buy Holiday, usually they are awesome, but definitely not this time!

Other than this interaction at check in, the stay was fine, 2-3/5. The room was spacious and we slept well. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. We did not use any other amenities as we wanted to leave the property as quickly as possible as we did not want to have any additional interactions with staff.

Only thing I would complain about is that you can hear every sound going on in the hotel. But it was super clean, front desk clerk was so sweet!

Very clean. Great staff. Pet fee seems a bit high at $50/night.
