It is a good value for the money. The hot breakfast is good. We stayed with our seven kids in two rooms and slept well. The AC works well and the beds are comfortable. The hot tub wasn't working, but the pool was a nice feature.

Pool's spa was broke down as usual in most these places. Paid $20 extra for jet bath in room staff didnt bother to let us know that switch to turn on jets was by the bed, so we thought that was broken too. Then next morning she tells us where it was but doesn't offer to take the price off the bill ya ok...my suggestion put up some signs! Otherwise place was clean and very affordable great location.

Affordable stay and clean property with everything you need close by. Check in was easy, staff was helpful and knowledgeable of the property and area.

Location was a perk The lobby and hallways were very warm and muggy.

I checked in at 2 a.m. and the staffer, Josie, was cheerful, helpful, and made this tired traveler more comfortable immediately. Loved the suite and the clean, quiet atmosphere.

It was an OK day things weren’t working doors didn’t work, but it was safe and it was an OK place to save

Staff were very helpful with restocking room with fresh towels. Rooms were quiet even though hotel was full. This property does use bulk bottles (non secured) for shampoo, soap, and conditioner (if this is something you consider). Unfortunately I had to check out a day early and was unable to get refund for that 1 day.

Large room, jacuzzi tub Bedding- sheet and very thin blanket only! Hard pillows. Room smelled very old and dirty, most workers didn’t speak English and weren’t helpful.

There were 8 people yelling and arguing in the parking area right outside our room at 2 a.m. Tried calling the front desk and the phone in the room didn't work. There were numerous lights that wouldn't work. The air conditioner was very noisy also making it hard to sleep. We put out the Do Not Disturb on our door and they were knocking on our door at 9:30 to come in and clean our room. Very disappointed and will not stay there again.

Rooms were clean however had a really musty bad smell. Pool was green and kids found gum and some plastic in it.

The location was good for the event we were in town for. There was a loud group of people that were hanging out at the main hotel entrance and the next day on the other end of the hotel. The could be heard from inside our room. There was also a huge yelling and screaming fight in the room next to ours from 11 to 12:30 am. I could not sleep. It was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. Facility was decent.

Need “facial soap” now a cleanse bar with something in it that burns like perfume but I have sensitive skin

check in was fast and easy, property was clean as well as room.

Not a lot of staff so when we tried to check in it was a long wait.

Beds were stiff and akin to sleeping in the floor with pillows. The shower didn't work all of the way. It never closed the spout in the bottom fully and the tub doesn't drain well so after about 5 minutes you're standing in water. The tub also had noticeable black mold dots. Did not seem like this room had been used in awhile. Had to ask for a sign to not allow housekeeping. Breakfast and the pool were nice

The staff was polite and professional. The room looked really nice and cleaned up. Definitely going to stay there again whenever I take another road trip in that area.
