The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really great.

Staff was very friendly. Hotel is under renovation but is well maintained. No fitness center or pool. Breakfast step above continental breakfast. Pretty basic. Safe area. Get what you pay for.

Helpful staff, but the breakfast could be much better if each slice of toast was wrapped individually in plastic wrap, absolutely unnecessary. Eggs were overcooked, orange juice tasted sour and the butter was not butter. Paid $100 for a room so good enough

Did not use the breakfast. Air Conditioning worked well and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our stay at Bridgepoint was very good. They were doing some remodeling but that didn't affect our stay at all. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed!

The room was clean and the beds comfy. The check in staff gave no information on breakfast did not see any signage either (its possible I missed it?). There was no information on internet access either. There was no one at the desk at check out so I can not comment on that staff.

This was a fantastic place to stay beds were comfortable,room was spacious and the staff was friendly. So we usually never get full room service when we are there for a weekend. We just expect clean towels and garbage taken . They did all that and made our bed everyday.,plus the room smelled great when we came back every evening,which is fantastic cause I have stinky men in to room lol

Clean, modern looking, right off the highway for easy access. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The staff person at the desk was not dressed very professionally. There was a lot of construction going on that we were not told about. People brought their pets right beside the tables while we were eating.

Room was very nice. Appeared that work was being done on a number of rooms. Breakfast was average.

We checked in and opened door and trash everywhere and beds had been not made. It took alot of yelling to get a new room. They insisted to make us stay in there. Get the new room and they said it was the same beds were full not queen like we paid for. Not much for breakfast. And the food was not the best.

Great place for a budget hotel room. Staff is friendly and helpful, building has been updated and is clean.
