A little run down compared to other hotels in the area. Could use a coat of paint. Hole in the bathroom wall

Noisy, smelled like pot, hot and moldy smelling in lobby and elevator.

pillows the carpet was wet/soggy from the ac and the ac hardly worked to cool the room I could not walk around without shoe on. It was disgusting The grout in the bathroom had not been cleaned in years. YUK

I liked that the location was near to Union. The closet was a great size, bathroom was a good size, great storage. I liked the full size fridge and kitchenette. HARD bed. The air never shuts off completely, the fan was loud. The staff was shitty. NO BREAKFAST. the convenience store has limited options that are healthy.

Room smelled of cig smoke

The room was clean and odor free. It is a suite, so it had full dinnerware, glasses, and utensils. This came in very handy, we shopped at the local HyVee for food and cooked it in the room. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C was working properly.

I enjoyed the stay. The rooms were very nice.

The hotel is nice enough. Staff was excellent. Understand that there is no breakfast.

Rooms were dirty cabinets doors were falling off along with they were filthy. All the floors were filthy, not only in the room, but the elevator in the hallways staff was rude especially the night staff woman.

Clean , staff members are present after midnight Ac didn't operate properly. Cold all night

We liked the room. We will stay there again when we come back for our visit. Thank you! stopper in the bath wasn't working to well, and the faucet needs some love. The fan in the bath is very loud. We couldn't figure out the cooling and called down stairs and the manager on site wasn't very nice. She was rude. Came up to the room and stated again she doesn't have a maintenance man at night. We ask her if we were working it correctly. She told us we could open the windows, told us to us the wall thermometer and basically left. She was not the nice person at the desk. She should go in my opinion. She doesn't like her job or people, one or the other. We will stay there again when we come back for our visit.

Front desk staff was helpful and understanding when I requested a different room. There was a VERY strong food smell in our room. It was cleaned, but a suggestion would be, when someone has had strong food in the room (smelled lile Indian food/ seasoning), leave the door open or open the window for a bit while cleaning, air it out.

This hotel was in a convenient location and had an apartment style kitchen set up. We typically love this brand, but this hotel is lacking. The front desk staff member was very kind and moved us after we failed to get into our original room twice. The elevator makes a horrible noise and the door had trouble closing. This hotel needs a good cleaning and maintenance. The walls, doors, baseboards and windows were all grimy and in need of cleaning. Our first room's key card device malfunctioned.

Convenient parking, clean rooms! Very polite staff overall — I definitely recommend this hotel. The biggest plus is the free laundry.
