Hampton Inn Lincoln - South/Heritage Park

Although my stay was short, I was pleased with the cleanliness of my room and property and the polite staff.

I loved everything, except for not having milk outside breakfast hours

One of the better breakfast spreads we’ve experienced- oatmeal, toast, eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, banana, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle maker, toast, bagel and muffins. Bed was comfy and staff was super helpful every time I interacted with them. Room was nice and cold and mini fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. Hot tub was nice after a long drive!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable clean and quiet. The breakfast was great. We appreciated the well maintained exercise room.

Nice and clean accommodations. Property kept up well. Plenty of parking. Nice hot breakfast with several items to choose from. Most staff were courteous and friendly.

Reserved two rooms. Needed to add an additional night which Expedia could not accommodate. Charge for extra night booked through the hotel ended up being as much as two ither nights combined. Rooms were clean to extent possible. Tub was stained and drained slowly with shower. Carpets seemed worn especially in hallways. Room charges were confusing when spitting two rooms but front desk staff were very patient and helpful in making adjustments. This may be an older hotel and/or often occupied with attendees to stadium events. It was an easy location to work out of and near a good restaurant. It seemed a bit pricy for the overall condition.

IWe appreciated the quiet location and nice pool and whirlpool setup. The pool water was warm enough once you got wet and thewhirlpool was lovely. Perfect relaxation while kids swam.

The toilet was too !ow in the bathroom. Hard to use. I did appreciate the walk in shower and the safety bars. The shower was nozzle was pretty high though. The carpet in my room could have used a cleaning. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised , staff was so friendly and helpful. When I checked I was even able to get a hot cup of coffee. Room was clean and I had no issues with the amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Liked the pillows. TV had links to popular streaming services. Had body, hair and lotion for use. Only negative was the desk was right in from of the heater/air conditioner to that blows right on you.

Pool was cloudy but otherwise ok.

We requested a room for my mother close to the entrance, due to her limited walking ability. They emailed within 24 hours of making my reservation on Hotels.com to confirm that she would have a room closest to the entrance. The rooms are clean and decorated really well. It was just a modern beautiful room. Bed was comfy and pillows were great. The heating/cooling unit is controlled by a thermostat with an option to run the fan on low all night. So, no waking up every time the unit turned on and off. It was a nice quiet stay. The property is located close to Highway 2, but it is nestled back in a group of trees that makes it seem like you are not in a city. It was a quiet, peaceful stay.
