I've stayed in accommodations across the world and let me say that Victorian by the Sea was a one-of-kind, must-experience bed & breakfast. Patrik and Becky made us immediately feel right at home and we had the pleasure of getting to know them during our two-night stay. We are late 20s-early 30s, and were traveling with another couple - our first time in Maine! We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. We enjoyed the scenic views of the bay from our rooms and the wraparound porch (I also spent both mornings there reading or working on my laptop, which was an absolute dream). My partner and I loved the Victorian Suite - comfiest bed ever and we enjoyed being able to keep the windows open during the day at night, especially during the evening rain. I even got to wind down with a bath on our second evening. Our friends had the Sawyer Suite upstairs which was spacious and made you feel like you had your own little apartment, where we played board games available to guests. Breakfast by Becky was absolutely delicious (order the blueberry pancakes - her recipe is beyond!) and it truly felt like a home away from home. We made friends with other guests along the way, and already are planning a trip back to the Victorian for a future Christmas. This easily has moved into our Top 3 travel experiences. BOOK THE ROOM!

This is the best bed and breakfast ever! Becky and Patrick were super courteous and knowledgeable. Each room ( we had two) was unique historically- chic and very clean. Breakfast was awesome. We will be back

An incredibly gorgeous property with even more incredible hosts. I just want to thank Patrik and Becky for the kindest hospitality and for providing us with an exceptional stay for my birthday weekend. Breakfast was so delicious, the views from the inn, and the overall comfortable stay of the rooms all added to the experience. Becky’s mom is even a baker and made some breakfast cakes as well as a surprise birthday cake for me. The location is also superb as it’s next to the cute town of Camden and many restaurants, cafes, shops and even a vineyard! We went to Acadia National Park from here which was about a 1 hr 40 min drive if I’m remembering correctly, but it was very smooth and I enjoyed staying away from the hectic traffic of Bar Harbor during 4th of July weekend. To wrap up, cannot recommend the stay more. Everything was perfect!

The room was very clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view. One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast. Enjoying a delicious homemade breakfast outdoors while overlooking the water was the perfect way to start each day. Everything exceeded our expectations, and the hospitality was truly exceptional. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful bed and breakfast with charming hosts. Ideal location—peaceful setting surrounded by nature with a view of the water but only an eight minute drive into Camden for dinner. Delicious breakfasts, extremely comfortable bed, and luxurious towels and robes.

We LOVED our stay at Victorian By The Sea! Becky & Patrik were kind, welcoming, and so passionate about their wonderful inn. They were very generous too, leaving snacks, delicious baked goods, and an assortment of drinks for us to enjoy! The home feels like a cozy oasis, the rooms are beyond charming, and the overall vibe is peaceful. It’s very close to Camden - just a short drive from the vibrant wharf and bustling downtown. You can gaze at the stars in the evening, watch Artie the hummingbird freshen up while you have breakfast on the porch, and soak up the bright lawn with a calming view of the ocean. We will be coming back, for sure!

The location is simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the incredible view of the ocean was so peaceful and relaxing. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery was absolutely unforgettable. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with gorgeous flowers blooming all around. The colorful gardens added so much charm and created a tranquil atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Every detail of the property reflects the care and pride the hosts put into making it a welcoming place for their guests. Breakfast each morning was outstanding! Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. It was the perfect way to start the day, and we looked forward to it every morning. This bed and breakfast exceeded our expectations in every way. Between the stunning ocean views, beautiful gardens, amazing breakfasts, and the incredibly kind and welcoming hosts, it was the perfect getaway. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this B&B

This was a wonderful little gem in which we enjoyed our weekend escape. The innkeepers were extremely helpful in offering suggestions and were so welcoming and accommodating. We were thrilled to learn upon our arrival that the house is the childhood home of a local celebrity. Knowing that history added so much more charm to the already delightful architectural details and decor. In addition, I appreciated that staying slightly outside of the town center provided a beautiful view with a luscious and cooling landscape. Truly can’t say enough about what a great stay we had and would highly recommend!

The breakfast was delicious! I chose a small dish yogurt, fresh fruit, granola and honey, followed by scrumptious blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup. The yogurt was a work of art. Guests also get to choose whether they want to eat out on the porch or in the sunny breakfast room. Both have the same wonderful view of the backyard and ocean in the distance. It truly was one of the best B&B experiences I have had! I highly recommend it. Thank you Patrick and Becky!
