Our bathtub had a used towel in it and the shower was pretty gross. There were either stains on the ceiling or places they painted with a different shade of paint. The coffee maker in the dining area wasn't working and the food person said they were making backup coffee. It never showed up. The breakfast lady fell as well and the manager actually looked annoyed to have to come help her get up. I asked for extra coffee for our room since there was no coffee at breakfast. She gave met two extra packet of the wrong size coffee. They were 4 cup packets. I told her we had single pods in our room. She told me that what they use. They didn't match. She just didn't want to help me. She looked super annoyed that I was bothering her. Overall - it was livable for a night, but I'd definitely pick another place and won't stay at this location again.

Everything was great. Lobby was clean, Daniel the evening desk clerk was very friendly. Room was extra large, clean. Would stay again

The breakfast wasn't to bad.

We stayed for the complimentary breakfast. They had eggs, sausages, biscuits, waffles, bagels, cereal, juice, and so on. It was decent. Across the street from a Walmart and Chili's.

The only reason we booked this location was for the hot tub and pool, no where on their website or hotels.com does it mention that they were out of order. Also my wife's dinner got stuck in the microwave, it would open or turn off so we had to unplug it. My wife inquired about switching rooms and was told the only available room would be an $80 unchanged. We have stayed at the location several and usually have no issues but this time was just awful. Not to mention it was our 4th anniversary so it got off to a very rocky start.

Nowhere on the website does it say anything about the pool & hot tub being closed for maintenance. Apparently it’s been closed since march sometime. The ac wasn’t working properly so it was hot in the room but I decided I would check the filter to the ac. The filter was dirty so I washed but it really didn’t help so I wouldn’t recommend anybody to stay there. The room also had a smell to it like mold.

Ice machine wasn’t working which was a real bummer since I was driving across Texas that day….the room was nice, modern updated

The apartment itself was clean and nicely decorated, and the local maintenance technician was always friendly, professional, and did his best to help when he was notified. The property also generally felt safe during our stay. Unfortunately, the listing was misleading. It advertised one king-size bed and one queen-size bed, but the unit actually had two queen beds. This was disappointing since we specifically booked based on the advertised sleeping arrangements. The property grounds could also use better attention. There was a large pile of dog waste next to the sidewalk by the parking lot that remained there for our entire week-long stay. Our biggest frustrations involved maintenance. On the fourth day, the air conditioning stopped working. After maintenance serviced it, the ceiling around the return air vent began leaking. Also on the fourth night at exactly midnight, the fire alarm control device (located in a locked closet directly behind the headboard in one of the bedrooms) began beeping loudly. After it was reset, it started beeping again at midnight the following night. Needless to say, having an alarm go off behind your bed in the middle of the night is not something anyone wants while on vacation. Reporting maintenance issues was also frustrating. Every call went through a California call center where communication was difficult due to language barriers.

The property sits in a nice pocket and the night stay was quiet. The staff was pleasant. The ladies that checked us in were AMAZING!!!

Quiet, clean. Breakfast was nice

Room had mildew and mold. Bathroom was nasty. Room smelled like an ash tray. Would not recommend.

We traveled as a family of 4 for the holiday weekend to visit family. We booked here specifically for the indoor pool. I booked online but upon arrival We were told the pool was out of service and had been for about 4 days. My husband also went to the front desk to ask for extra towels only to be told they didn’t have any because laundry wouldn’t be done until the next morning. Room was def not what I expected and had a weird smell of dog. Def won’t book here again.

Oh! And the dang pool and hot tub were broken!! That's the main thing I look for in a hotel! But it was clean and comfortable with good customer service. And the continental breakfast was good. Just don't expect greatness.

The staff was very hospitable and helpful, the room was very, very cozy, and the morning breakfast was warm and delicious. My only complaint was the pool and spa were closed, and half the gym equipment was out of order. I am sure it will be repaired soon.

Very helpful staff members

It was way more rundown than we expected. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The staff was helpful, check in was effortless. but our room.. the immediate stench was horrific, it smelled like a large cauldron of cabbage was brewing for some time and a little bug greeted us walking across the entry way. The staff was helpful and gave us another room. The room was alright, it was clean, didn’t smell.. the bed was squeaky, the room was a little damp and we couldn’t adjust the ac. The shower had what looked like a little mold, the overhead fan was extremely loud but at least the water temp was hot.. pressure was alright. Although it was inexpensive, we still overpaid.

Laundry facility was great for us to use and staff were fabulous. My only one downside, the gym facility was limited with the treadmill not working and eliptical being absent, as well as the pool and spa were out of commission. Those, hopefully, will be up and running soon. As I said, overall, our stay was fantastic.
