Room had mildew and mold. Bathroom was nasty. Room smelled like an ash tray. Would not recommend.

We traveled as a family of 4 for the holiday weekend to visit family. We booked here specifically for the indoor pool. I booked online but upon arrival We were told the pool was out of service and had been for about 4 days. My husband also went to the front desk to ask for extra towels only to be told they didn’t have any because laundry wouldn’t be done until the next morning. Room was def not what I expected and had a weird smell of dog. Def won’t book here again.

Oh! And the dang pool and hot tub were broken!! That's the main thing I look for in a hotel! But it was clean and comfortable with good customer service. And the continental breakfast was good. Just don't expect greatness.

The staff was very hospitable and helpful, the room was very, very cozy, and the morning breakfast was warm and delicious. My only complaint was the pool and spa were closed, and half the gym equipment was out of order. I am sure it will be repaired soon.

Very helpful staff members

It was way more rundown than we expected. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The staff was helpful, check in was effortless. but our room.. the immediate stench was horrific, it smelled like a large cauldron of cabbage was brewing for some time and a little bug greeted us walking across the entry way. The staff was helpful and gave us another room. The room was alright, it was clean, didn’t smell.. the bed was squeaky, the room was a little damp and we couldn’t adjust the ac. The shower had what looked like a little mold, the overhead fan was extremely loud but at least the water temp was hot.. pressure was alright. Although it was inexpensive, we still overpaid.

Laundry facility was great for us to use and staff were fabulous. My only one downside, the gym facility was limited with the treadmill not working and eliptical being absent, as well as the pool and spa were out of commission. Those, hopefully, will be up and running soon. As I said, overall, our stay was fantastic.

I could park my truck and trailer at the rear of the hotel so an added bonus. The breakfast was a little underwhelming but that is my only complaint.

Nothing it was horrible It's not advertised at the pool or the hot tub or out of service.That was the main reason why we chose to go.There was the swimming pool and hot tub i have a severely autistic child with me. And that was the point in spending twice as much money on a room, as I could have crossed the street. But it's not advertised that it does not work has not worked in quite some time, and it is unforeseen when it will work again, it was hot. The AC had been down that is not advertised on on the website. The room smelled horrible, the ice machine and vending machines on the 3rd floor which is where I was, we're out of order when I asked for some type of compensation, they said, no, there was nothing that they could do.\n Had I known that the pool wasn't gonna work? And it hasn't worked for a very long time now, and they don't know when it's gonna get fixed if they would advertise that I would never booked that room, I would have went to the one right behind it, paid the same price and had a swimming pool.

I wish I could post pictures of the urine stained mattress and the not clean bathroom. We didn’t see the shower until the next morning. We got in late and to bed shortly after. During the night the fitted sheet came loose, I woke up to see that I had been laying a disgusting urine stained mattress. I pulled the sheet back further and the entire mattress had large yellow ringed stains. My husband showered to find hair all over the walls, peeling paint where they had painted the tub, and mold. We did not have breakfast as I would not consume anything from that property after the nasty room.

The pool/hot tub were not working when we got there, so call ahead and check if that is important to you.

It's a good place to stay, very near food, gas, shopping. Priced well. Bed is comfortable and cozy. Furniture also comfortable. There's a terrible lack of variety in the tv stations and the Internet was less than desirable. I was a little disappointed in the room as small things were not taken care of .. a broken knob on the closet door, the shower control spraying water on the floor, the hair dryer mount loose on the wall. Nothing major just not quite right.

Hot tub was out of service and the indoor pool was ice cold. Breakfast was mediocre at best, I did have a hair in my eggs and let the staff know and they took it off the bar immediately. Mold on ceiling in shower, could really use updating. Would not book here again.
