Clean place and good location. The blonde girl that worked Saturday 10/3/26 day shift is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! She went above and beyond to help us. She was a blessing to my day for sure!!! Thank you! Just the room mix up. The hot tub needed cleaned and was COLD!

Literally the ONLY problem I had with the stay is that the filters in the AC and the AC in general were dirty. Bed and pillows were comfy, towels were super absorbent, breakfast was decent, and the staff was very friendly (except the guy who flirted with me IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND).

The room was decent just a few chips in the paint, but was livable. Breakast was okay. Pretty standards for hotels. I liked the pre-packaged muffins, a nice touch for when you're on the go.

This was our second stay at this property. We were given room 201, a room with a king bed. The room desperately needs to be renovated. It smelled really bad like mold, mildew, or old urine. The furniture was broken and worn. The TV was old and had to be powered on manually, although the remote worked for changing channels. There was no soap for bathing, only hand soap and tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner. The back door to the building was open and the stairs were filthy like they'd never been vacuumed let alone shampooed. We didn't eat breakfast nor did we use any of the other amenities during this stay. Overall, I'd recommend the hotel, just not room 201.

The Lobby gave the appearance of being a clean and a well-maintained facility. That was all that was positive. The 1st room was dirty, the bathroom sink had a crack all across the bottom and there was a towel underneath to absorb the water, the knob on the closet door was missing. the desk chair had arms that prevented it from being pushed under the desk. It was difficult getting to the side of the bed. When the HVAC went out, we were moved to another room. That room was dirty (we didn't want to walk on the carpet in either room. The toilet clogged up and the phone didn't work nor the lamp on the desk. When my friend went to tell the desk clerk she offered my friend a plunger. My friend asked to have maintenance take care of it, there was no such person. The desk clerk plunged the toilet. No phone, no light, no soap in the bathtub. Will never stay there again, and we will advise anyone that is interested not to stay there.

Clean and well managed. The bed was too soft, the breakfast not much of a selection of food.

The staff was very nice and understanding. They quickly canceled my stay and refunded me. When we walked in the room, we could immediately smell mold. The sheets, towels and carpet felt damp. There was mold in the bathtub and also in the AC unit which is a huge health hazard. There was also dead bugs on the floor.

Convenience to I20. Hot breakfast. Room was stuffy and muggy. Moldy smell. Had to spray Lysol and cool it down.

I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but they do offer one. Additionally they keep a 24 hour market to buy things you may have forgotten or little snacks. It wasn’t unreasonably priced either. The room was very comfortable and the air was incredibly cold. Everything I needed was there and I didn’t have any issues with contacting staff prior to my visit or while there. No issues!
