The night staff was very unfriendly. The room had a very small television!

Was a good place to sleep

The rooms really need an upgrade. Cabinets are beat up/worn. Some drawers don't pull out. Paint on wall in bathroom was chipped. Rooms definitely showed a lot of wear and tear.

My stay was excellent however I didn’t like the conjoined rooms. The people on the side of us were loud and kept up quite a bit of noise.

The first room had a malfunctionng AC unit that kept the room warm and "clicked" every 5-10 minutes, making sleep the 1st night rough. The 2nd room we switched into had a great AC, but the toilet was running pretty badly, the sink stopper had to be removed because it wasn't put in correctly, and the shower had a lot of mold. This property is not maintained well at all.

The entire place was dirty in all the common areas, laundry rooms was so dirty dead bugs look like it hadn’t been swept in weeks, when you walk into the hotel the smell was like dirty mop water. The halls look like the are not vacuumed regularly and on floor 4 the housekeeping room was open the whole time the housekeeping was cleaning rooms, it was absolutely unbelievable like hotel needs an overall cleaning. On the bright side the staff I interacted with 3-4 ladies were absolutely amazing customer service is 100% at this place.

We really enjoyed the size of the room, it did have a stale smell, we bought air fresher this helped. Something else we enjoyed was the comfortable bed my husband and l sleep really well. We would stay at this facility again.

Nice rooms, good parking

Hotel looks beautiful from the outside and once you went into the lobby, it is very nice, but the rooms are older. The mattresses were very hard to sleep on, I was there for two nights, and staff was fine.. Breakfast area was as expected,.

Above average stay. Pool was inop so was exercise room.

The pool was very cloudy, green and smelly. It was very loud in the pool room, there was one table and 2 chairs. The breakfast good and fresh every morning. The room was clean. Our toilet had to be fixed but the maintenance man informed us he was not allowed to fix it correctly so a quick fix of electrical tape was the best he could do. Overall the stay was fine but the maintenance is not up to par throughout the facility.

Room was kinda dirty and out dated . Towels look dirty too

Yes the breakfast was fresh and a good variety was offered. Check in was fast and efficient. The room was clean and we had efficient service. The bathroom of our room needed some cosmetic repairs- the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in 3 different areas. I informed the desk clerk at my checkout.

First room had dog hair all over the carpet, smelled STRONGLY of mold, and had mouse poop in the couch. Furniture looked like it was disintegrating at the bottom and edges. Was switched rooms. New room was in similar disrepair, stains everywhere, one drawer was stuck open. I put the drawer back on its tracks and found a pile of mold beneath the drawer when fixing it. Base of bed has stained fluids all over it. One picture frame was literally screwed from the outside front of the frame into the wall. Thermostat was missing from the bracket on the wall with wires showing. No bed bugs though.

The room was big, clean and very nice. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The room was quiet even though it was on the side of the hotel facing I-25. Excellent breakfast with variety every morning. The hotel has 4 stories, and there was an elevator steps from my room. While the room was great, the rest of the facility is pretty beat. The inside of the elevator looked like it had been through a war. There's a nice little grassy area in the center of the hotel where the pool is, but it's overgrown with weeds and needs to be mowed. The hotel was crowded, and the breakfast room was usually full -- hard to find a seat. And it took forever to get hot water up to the 3rd floor.

Exceptional

The staff was very nice and very helpful. It was in a safe location. The room smelt musty, and I had to use perfume spray to clear the air. You could tell the room had been remodeled, but there was a section. They did not complete that was hidden behind the desk. The shampoo and conditioners were in small tubes that only one person could use if they didn’t have a lot of hair! I needed two bottles of each.

The hotel was great, especially for a one night stay. The room,pool and hallways need a good deep clean. There is a lot of dirty along the base board /corners ,our room had popcorn kernels on floor, and the bathroom had hair all over the back of the shower wall. All just little things. The staff members were all very kind and helpful. The breakfast was good too!
