Comfort Inn & Suites near Six Flags

My stay wasn't that horrible. It can use some updating to be honest. One of the issues I had is that the blow dryer didn't work in my bathroom. Called front desk to ask if they had any extra portable ones to use, since the one in bathroom was bolted to the wall, and they didn't have any spare blow dryers. Also front desk stated they didn't have anyone at the time to come look at it to fix. So no follow-up since I made the call to notify. All I got was "sorry for the inconvenience," and mind you I stayed a week at this hotel. I noticed on day 3 when blow dryer didn't work. So anyway, I had to let my hair air dry which held me up with time since I had an outing to go to. So it was an inconvenience for me. As far as breakfast goes, wasn't too bad. The eggs can be better, but I'm pretty sure they be powered eggs? Since there wasn't an actual cook there. Then as far as cleanliness in the room, I say a 3 out of 5 stars. I always bring my own sanitize wipes and I picked up some dirt, especially alot on bathroom shelves where they leave the towels at. So that wasn't ok to find dirt under clean towels. So they can do better with cleanliness. Do I recommend this hotel, if you ok with basic service and at the same time you get what you pay for. But for me personally cleanliness is important to me so I would probably stay somewhere else if I'm ever back in the ATL area. So overall rating for me would be a 3 out of 5 stars.

Better than average continental breakfast. Next trip I will bring my swimming trunks; the indoor swimming pool was extremely inviting during my leisure time. My bed slept very comfortably.

Clean room with plenty of space. Comfortable area that felt safe. Breakfast had plenty of options and was delicious.

Rude staff, I believe it was the manger. Very rude.

The only problem is it is too close to a extremely busy highway NOISY!!! if you stay here stay on thd back side of the property

The room was very clean. Parking was no problem. Close access to the highway and shopping.

The staff was wonderful, front desk let us have an early check-in, very courteous and professional. Indoor pool was very convenient. Loved the continental breakfast, more variety than we thought; saved us time and money. Rooms were clean and spacious, very comfortable. Super close to Six Flags and the airport. Highly recommend!

In good location Dirty, Had trouble getting bedroom door unlocked when it was shut without a door knob. Breakfast was awful and tased really bad. Had to wait for more food to be brought out.

The room had a smoky smell to it, the outlets and USB plugs did not work next to the bed. One of window panes were broken and the other window frame was cracked with torn screen. Four of the lights didn't work and the furniture layout wasn't practical. Would not stay there again.

Location and surrounding areas made it very convenient Reserved a suite which had couch and chair - that were so old and torn I never felt comfortable sitting on them - asked for a blanket to cover it - the pool looked well just bad - pot smell almost every time Getting on the elevators - reserved for 3 adults and room was only supplied two towels - when asked for more, was told had to wait until morning housekeeping got there. Shampoos and conditioner bottles in the shower were empty

The fold out sofa bed was not clean and very uncomfortable

The shower was old and wasn’t clean good and had hair in it. . Crack in the shower and screws showing. Sofa was old and nasty
