The staff was very helpful as we had booked through Expedia with 2 queen beds, but it came over to the hotel as 1 king. They were able to get us in the correct room once we realized it, which was greatly appreciated. We did have to change rooms again due to smoke smell in our 2nd room, but they were very accommodating and it was very easy. Our bed reading light did fall off, but we didnt need it and we let the staff know. I would stay there again for similar circumstances.

Location to event we was attending. Night time front desk seemed annoyed when i had to ask for more toilet paper and towels. We had 5 grand daughters and toliet paper and towels we need more than 2/3

The rooms were clean and roomy! Bathrooms were clean. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was great with several options. We didn’t get to use the pool because is was down for maintenance but we given a option to use a pool in another hotel right down the road. Great area and felt safe!

Ms. Tasha is an absolute gem and asset to this company!!! She is very kind and accommodating. I wish more establishments had someone like her on staff.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. The pool wasn’t working but we had the option to use another hotels pool. Our room had a few broken things and towels seemed to be hard to get. But overall, it was good for what we needed.
