Out of all the extended stays in the Atlanta area this was by far the cleanest and most up to date. Wonderful staff and very attentive. Will definitely book in the future

-We had a late check in at 11:30pm; the front desk closes at 11pm and it took until 12:15am for us to get in. The number routes you to India Call Center and noone ever comes...an off duty employee just happened to realize my struggles and found the on duty person. -Breakfast is a joke. It's store bought packaged muffins, oatmeal packets, hot water, hot coffee (no decaf). That's...it. No protein, no fruit, no juice, no milk...so plan accordingly your meals.

Room was okay. Hospitality wasn’t the best.

The room had a weird smell. The comforter is so thin you have to keep the room warmer than usual to sleep. It was ok but would not stay again.

Dirt everywhere. Breakfast? Non-existent. We wanted to sit down in the morning and the chairs of the lobny were turned around for nobody to sit down. There was no shampp or soap. People outside smoking while drinking. A disaster that sent list this 2-star hotel. My wife asked for a hairdryer and they refused. I had to wait for parking space. A real disaster. I am going to initiate an expedition claim for my money back. The most serious thing is the dirt.

Breakfast was coffee, pre packaged muffins, and nutrigrain bars. Not really continental. No pool. This probably would be a good hotel for business travelers or extended stay, but not for family vacations to six flags like we did.

Still roaches . Absolutely not stay here .

The breakfast when we go to breakfast know breakfast it was early and you have to take the towel and let them wash them and pick them back up i didn't understand that the staff that was on Sunday wasn't really friendly but the receptionist that checked me in on Friday was very nice the room was clean I don't think I will be staying at this one again overall I give a 3 star

Did not have housekeeping. We were informed they only clean once every 2 weeks. We were told they did not have clean towels for us. My husband had to ask for a mop and broom to clean our room, as we were on vacation with our babies. I have called cooperate multiple times with no returned call. Highly do not recommend staying here.

I had a reservation but when I went to check in, there is a clerk with vitiligo who is sassy and spicy. They was gossiping when I was walking in and when they noticed me they tried to act professional. When I was going to check In, he started calculating extra fees and charges and told me an outrageous number for two days, including an early check-in fee. When I began asking questions the female he was gossiping with was finishing his sentences as if they were a pair of twins. I knew right then...they messy and no way JOSE...IM GOOD

It was close to the park. We paid through Booking, but the property system was messed up so I had to pay again at the property. Then we got into our room and stains all over the bed and the fridge. When we swapped rooms there was still stains on the comforter. It was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed in a red roof in.
