Room wasn't ready, the lotion on the sink was open and already used.

Exceptional

Nothing I arrived with a confirmation I had made on July 21st to check in on the 26th to be told I did not have a reservation. I booked through booking.com and showed the employee my confirmation number and all and she still could not find my reservation. She asked me to call booking.com to get a real confirmation number. She then tried to book me a new reservation and asked me to swipe my credit card three times, and it would not save so she asked me to try to make a new reservation myself on my phone. I tried and it stated sold out so I tell her it's telling me you guys are sold out and she responded yes, we are. She made me go through all of that to tell me they were fully booked. They double booked and then gave my reservation to someone else. I had to book a different hotel almost at midnight. I would not be staying at the courtyard ever again.

This hotel continues to be the place I stay at when in the Atlanta area the room, amenities, staff knowledge attitude and outstanding customer service is one of their niches.

I loved the attention to detail when it came to customer service. The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping was wonderful. Big thanks to Comfort for ensuring that our laundry wasn't s clean after the dryer malfunctioned. Lonnie thank you for always greeting us with a smile. To everyone who worked in the bistro downstairs, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I give this facility and it's staff a 100 out of 100 if not 1000.

The property was modern, well maintained, clean, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure every trip for every guest is the absolute best that it can possibly be. My rating has 4 stars instead of 5 because of an issue with noise: one evening, I was trying to rest and eat dinner in peace when the room above me, someone was stomping hard on the floor, multiple times—and I asked the front desk twice to take care of the issue, it continued at random times, like 10 minute intervals and stopped at 10 pm, so 4 hrs stomping-yeah, it annoyed me. I appreciate the staff doing what they could to fix the issue, yet, I don’t think it worked. It continued at random times, 5 minutes quiet, then stomping—just again and again. So next time-I’m asking for a room on the top floor so to avoid any noise as much as possible. As for the room, (next time I prefer the top floor), for future stays..bed was comfortable, shower was nice, bathroom was clean-well stocked with towels, I had a microwave/fridge in room (always handy) and AC helped keep room pleasant and comfortable. The hotel has a bistro restaurant, pool (used last 2 nights), gym, and outside fire pit (was very nice)! Parking is free, and hotel is close to restaurants, and parks I was visiting!

I loved the hotel. We were a little upset about not being able to check in early. Everything else was really great. It was clean, staff were nice, and location was convenient.

Make sure to stress your want your room cleaned, I had to call two days because housekeeping skipped my room. Other than that nice hotel, friendly staff.
