This hotel was very clean, modern and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and I felt like the price was pretty low. They're also close to six flags which was the main reason for our visit.

Location to Six Flags Staff! Upon checking in late Friday night, a young black male staff member yelled across the lobby demanding documents supporting my dog was a service animal. That is illegal, my federal govt employer may not ask for that, but may ask if the dog is a certified service animal - a yes or no question. Saturday night, after 11pm, a young black female woke us from deep sleep by knocking on the door. Upon opening the door, I saw the older black gentleman, wheelchair bound, who checked me in the previous night, was w her. She was beyond rude, unprofessional exclaiming my dog pooped in the hallway and she wasn’t cleaning it up, that there were only two dogs in the building and the other left already. She demanded I clean up the mess or she would call the cops and have me kicked out of the hotel. My 12 year old son was watching and listening to her. Upon looking at the fecal matter, it was much smaller than my dog produces, appeared dry - was dry to the touch, and there was dirt around it. No other dirt was seen in the hallway. Appeared someone found the fecal matter outside, scooped it up and planted it to accuse me. After cleaning it up, I met the two staff members at the front desk. I told them most of my findings, that we were at Six Flags all day, and we used the side stairs and door to enter/exit the building - simply put, that was not my dog’s BM. The female looked shocked as if seeing a ghost. She knew she was caught lying! Also, there’s a camera facing the incident location and if my dog pooped in the hallway, they would have video evidence. They don’t. We will never visit this location again, and all of my friends, family and the disabled veteran community in my metro city will never book a room there.

Not much…we checked out a day early. We checked out a day early, and they still want to charge for a full day…now gotta get the credit card company involved. Sorry, but shouldn’t have to pay for not using a service. The attitude of the front desk person was rude as hell to. Can use an adjustment for sure.

Staff was extremely friendly. The bed SUPER COMFORTABLE! I had to take a star off due to waiting 2 days to have housekeeping tidy up my room which was requested upon check in, I also called the front desk to request it. The oranges were rotten. I informed the waitress, but she only took the 2 I pointed out yet the whole basket was contaminated. I was there for a week & those same oranges were being offered to the guests. The breakfast menu could use some work, however … The biscuits & gravy were absolutely delicious. Doubt that I will return to this location.

Very nice and friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

Staff was nice but my hotel room smelled like chlorine and the tub was stopped up when you take a shower other than that it was nice. I would stay again

The staff were extra friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and they allowed the pool to stay open for an extra hour to allow my children to swim. I've never had a hotel do this for me. Great customer service!

Our rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked. It was very hot outside so it felt good to come back to a cold room! And the free breakfast was very delicious!!
