Motel 6 Little Rock, AR - South

Great location. I don't understand the reason for the $25 deposit on the 6 Studio side though. Also, every mattress I've had there is the same. You feel the springs and they're just worn out. Other than that, I stay here frequently because of the price and no deposit (motel side). The Motel 6 side doesn't have a deposit but the Studio side does. It has to be on a card as well and could take 7 days to be returned. Need new mattresses in the rooms.

Nothing Disrespectful people who work there and they threat you to kick you out of the hotel for asking for some new clean sheets and it smells super bad in there too , also the manager doesn’t give a crap and and you can’t even be at peace they go and check your room every day and they make you step out of the room .

The location, the smell of mildew in the room, the fact there was no actual employee when we checked in just a kiosk

The room was clean easy check in and check out nonproblems during stay

Location We've stayed in lots of budget hotels so we know they are going to be basic but there was 2 dead cockroaches on the floor and though the towels were washed they were very badly stained

One positive- They are pet friendly and don't charge extra! Now for the bad...Hated the automated desk clerk! The check in was somewhat difficult. The clerk was friendly but the internet was glitchy and she was hard to understand. I turned up the volume and it still didnt help! There is no pool and one bed had a dead bug in it. My toilet was loose and wobbled and banged every time you sat on it. The bathroom door automatically locked when you pushed it open because the bumper was off. Had to find a wire to get our 2 year old out.

They have blah attitudes and coming out every day for room check feel like we in the pen for head count I'm good I used to love them but eagle suites otter creek is the place to go 300 a week kitchens no housekeeping to bother u motel six done lost they mind and they have roaches never again Nothing

How comfy and homey it was I loved everything

I chose a non smoking room but the hall where the room was located smelled really bad of cigarettes. Also, the toilet was very loose, every time I sat down the toilet moved.

It was a great stay for us to crash, with little notice, with our beloved non-functional cat, and little to no hassle.

Bad all in one would never come there again
