Hotel was good. Average but I had no problems

Also the lady at the front desk not only was she arguing with my wife and I but she added an extra day to the bill and then saying we owed two nights not one . We booked it to check in on Friday night and check out Saturday morning. She had it on her computer we check in Friday and leaving Sunday which was not right . Like I said before we had proof we booked 1 day and showed her and she got mad cause we was right. So you need to watch the lady who adds extra days to peoples account at the front desk. That's not right at all . And demanding to see id cards during check in . What's up with that ?

Staff was amazing and the motel was very nice

Conveniently located to the interstate, fuel, and food The interior hallways weren’t cooled and so they were hot and musty

ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED! Took videos and pictures. Got this hotel for the hot tub and EWYUCKKK ! Completely dirty ! then the shower in the bathroom was also nasty not clean same for tables . Black residue was everywhere . We ended up going to a store to buy cleaning supplies.

I liked the price and location. The whole room reaked of cat pee it was horrible.

Nothing Room smelt awful, place is ran down, and it was full of crackheads and there was some sort of bugs on the bed that seemed to be bed bugs.

Plus in the middle of our state, they make us get out of the room to change towels besides taking my towel. I take my own towels. Also I will never stay here again. My Husband and I are so disappointed at the way we were treated and the fact that they stole from us we have took it up with our bank after the owner said that it was not processed. It has been processed. We have proof from our bank statement. I have pictures to prove it I believe that booking.com should not be partnered with this motel six facility. I’ve never had a problem with booking.com. The problem is with this motel with the owner so I suggest never go through booking.com here never stay here.

Absolutely nothing The check-in was behind bulletproof glass and the clientele was questionable at best … but the staff was rude and unaccommodating … we canceled and found a new place.

Price. Cheapest and closest to Children's hospital. Staff was very authoritative and unfriendly. In my opinion, very disrespectful by speaking to other Staff in a foreign language in front of and about guests. No housekeeping or cleaning during stay (3 days and they wouldnt even take trash) insist on room checks that require guests to leave the room though. Like, I set bagged trash out in the hallway and within 2 minutes Staff was calling our room to tell us to put it back in our room. The beds were very stiff/firm. The floors sweat so much at night the first morning we were there I thought we had, and reported, a plumbing leak. The bathroom was very small and I am by no means a large person. We were much more comfortable sleeping in the NICU parents room and sharing a bathroom with other parents, it was definitely cleaner and I felt safer, way closer to food! No drive thrus near by.

Nothing about it . Staff was rude n I got my refund back for 2nites but it took me 2 days to get the money back finally on my card. But staff was rude about it. Nothing about it . Walking back out to my car from trying to get my refund from the office and a black male was standing in front of my car with his pants down pissing in front of my car with my 4 girls in the car ages 3yr 5yr 12yr and 13yr old . When I asked him if if was using the bathroom he wanted to jump stupid on my like I was in the wrong. But yet was still able to get a room there with no answer asked .
