Stayed here because they said they had Ev chargers. They had two with no oversight. People left their cars plugged in for 12 hrs or more making them inaccessible Room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days

Front desk staff at checkin. She was lazy, slow, less than enthused to be working. Gave incorrect info on kitchen times and breakfast cutoff times. Zero customer service skills.

Perfect place to relax and super close to Red Rocks. The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast had so many options.

The online food menu was 2 years old, other than that maybe some shade/umbrellas in the back sitting area would have been really nice in the heat.

Had a small billing issue. Staff was very quick to fix it. Room was nice. Super convenient for a trip to Red Rocks.

Need shuttle to red rocks. Between la Quinta and your hotel it can be done. I would pay extra.
