Convenient area for after Red Rocks concert. Hotel was clean.

Dinghy. Mattress and pillows lumpy and worn out. Grounds in coffee each morning; one morning several people had to wait for coffee.

The staff was amazingly accomadating for any of mine or my children’s questions, they were polite and the hotel was clean.

Clean room and friendly staff. The incidental fee wasn’t clear but fine as long as it was refunded. There were A Lot of pets 😊 and it was very clean considering. Parking was easy and included. Was just pricey for what it was for an evening.

Staff was friendly and helped with the reservation, but didn’t have any ideas about things to do near by. $4.65 is ridiculous to charge for a bottle of Mountain Dew.

From dirty sheets to the door not closing properly I don’t even know where to begin. Definitely would not recommend this place.

Amazing and helpful staff. Wish it had a hot tub, but the pool was amazing. The room was comfortable, and well maintained, and the area that this is located at was in a safe neighborhood.

I arrived late..food delivery was over..the gentleman at the front desk assisted me with some snacks... really appreciated it..

This is a recently constructed property but it is really getting trashed. It’s pretty dirty and it smells bad. We were in town for a quick trip. Stayed 3 nights. On the 2nd night we stayed, the power went out and they had no back up generator. At 7:20 am that morning, a strange man dressed in all blue entered our room. I screamed and he left quickly. I notified mngt but they never did anything about it, never got back to me with an update. If security, safety, and cleanliness is a priority for you, don’t stay here. I travel for work all the time and this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in recent memory. They need a GM with property management experience to get this place dialed it. It was not a good experience. That all being said, the nighttime attendant who checked us in was friendly.

We only ate the breakfast once. It was ok The other people who were staying at the hotel were very pushy and were not pleasant

You can't beat the location for a show at Red Rocks! We have stayed here twice in 2 years & we loved it both times. The breakfast is good & hearty with several options. Literally close to everything you could need.
