Staff was great and excellent customer service. Room had a musty smell but clean. Quality of the breakfast could have been better and not at the level I’ve had in the past at other Holiday Inn Express.

The hotel was great, the staff was great,but the tuband shower valves are old outdated and do not work properly, the face paste was broken which only lead to water leaking into walls.my faucet was ha4d yo turn on and never turned off completely.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean. Highly recommend. Only reason why 4 stars was given to amenities was because the shower head is a little low for anyone who is 6’0 or taller. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and everything was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful. Extra bonus it was a short drive to Red Rocks.

Best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. So very clean and peaceful. The surrounding area was so beautiful. Abundant restaurants within minutes of hotel.

Bathrooms are in need of updating. Jacuzzi needs fixing. Shower heads need replacing.

Clean room and great staff. Limited items in their store by the front desk. Breakfast starts at 7 AM on the weekends and I had to leave before that time so I didn't get a chance to eat there. Usually Holiday Inn Express has a great breakfast though.

We really enjoyed our time in this hotel. The inside and the outside were very clean. The breakfast was always hot and plentiful. There were shopping and eating establishments close by.
