Holiday Inn Express & Suites Denver SW-Littleton by IHG

We stayed here as a middle point between family and an event we had up 285 North. The place was well-maintained, the staff was friendly, the hot breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable and had what we needed each day. There are many restaurants and a grocery store that are all within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again when we're visiting family in Denver.

For a hotel in this range, it was exactly what we needed! It fit our purpose and was just right in size. The rooms were great for 4 adults traveling though for a family event without trampling over each other. And the breakfast was delicious!

I did have a lightbulb burn out the beginning of the second night, and didn't report it until I was leaving. The desk staff immediately put the issue into the task for the Maintenance crew to address. Everything else worked great, WAY above a few stays at other supposedly more prestigious hotels. WTG STAFF! Overall, I believe I have found my new go to when in the area.

Good for the price point.

There is a pool with a large hot tub area which was very nice. The breakfast was OK....more staff needed on a very busy Sunday morning. We had to wait for coffee creamer, forks, and the food. We were lucky to get a table because others were having to wait. The lady who was working was working hard, she just needed some help.

We attended a concert close to the hotel. The location was ideal for our trip. Everything we needed was close by.

Clean and convenient

This was a great hotel for me and my grandkids get away! Breakfast was great. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly.

I was a bit disappointed with the location of the room. I was really hoping to be on the third floor facing the back landscape rather than the parking lot.

Front desk staff were very friendly. Property was well maintained. Our room could have used a vacuuming as we found little things on the floor but not a huge deal.

It’s a clean hotel with the usual expected amenities including breakfast. The building itself is old but they work hard to keep it updated.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was reasonably good. The pool area smelled terrible. The room was very musky. There were areas of water damage near the shower and where trim was separating from the wall.

When checking in we asked about the hot-tub and hours. The clerk told us but failed to disclose that the hot-tub was not hot or working. Changing our clothes and making our way to the pool area to enjoy the hot-tub we were very much disappointment. We spoke to a quest in the pool who said they've been there 3 days and the hotel knows the hot-tub is cold. The clerk was not honest with us and we changed our clothes and wasted our time by trying to use this advertised amenity. Otherwise the facility was nice, quite and clean

Very clean, great breakfast and very friendly staff. It could use some updating. The walls were very thin. You can hear voices from adjoining rooms

The breakfast in the morning was amazing!

Check in and out was simple. Staff were friendly. Specifically the lady was nice and the breakfast lady was talkative and entertaining. Room was clean. The view was okay. The top of the building was noticeable. The night time view from the room was limited. Distance to red rocks was a little longer than expected but still a good hotel to use for a concert. Breakfast was good. Loved the bacon! We didn’t use the pool or gym but they looked clean. Close to restaurants and trails. Parking was good. There were no vending machines on the 3rd floor. We loved the lemon water in the lobby. We would stay again.
