Breakfast shut down too early. They knew I was arriving late would have been nice to offer late check in customers coffee and nutrition bars in their room

Arriving late because of delayed flights and finding out that your prepaid suite was given away was not ideal. However, staff was accommodating in providing a night compensation and correcting its mistake for the rest of the stay.

In need of updates. Air conditioner did not work. Staff is still very helpful

The place was dirty. The TV in my room never worked even though it was worked on and I was promised a replacement. My relatives were locked out of their room and the staff wanted them to wait until the next day to get into their room to sleep. The food put out for breakfast was not edible. The person at the desk was rude. I would never stay here again.

Took us a view laps in and out and around buildings to finally find the check in desk. Beautiful location and property, but poorly marked for where the office and Rooms are located.

Room was very nice and clean. Separate kitchen area for making your own meals was well stocked. Breakfast was okay, but not much choice of cooked items.

Stayed here a year ago - it is declining. AC unit so noisy we asked to switch rooms - which staff accommodated. Elevator out of order for some time. Very noisy from people walking in room above us. Property is outdated. Bedding was worn. Breakfast offerings were meager. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but this place needs an upgrade.

I absolutely love this hotel, location and the staff I have gotten to know over the last 3 years! As long as I have a choice, I will always return in the summer for a quiet location but within miles of hustle and bustle and red rocks! Honestly their staff just can’t be beat! Everything was fine except there was a used towel that was in the bathroom hanging on the hook when we walked in. Also, it would be nice to have a few more selections at breakfast such as muffins and bacon.

Dog friendly which was great. Close to everything you need.

However, the staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms very nice, spacious and clean. A wonderful breakfast (eggs, juice, sausage, cereal, bagels, coffee, etc.) with everything one would want and delicious. Nice breakfast room, too. The hotel was top notch.
