Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio-Live Oak Conference Center

Good hotel with affordable price and parking included. The staff is really nice and polite.

Location and staff Room was dirty with caked on dust and hair, had broken blinds and broken toilet seat.

The room was clean, I should mention that there was construction going on so it makes sense why the room also looked like it could be going under upgrade soon too.

Exceptional

Location and room was comfortable and clean Wish the breakfast was complimentary instead of having to pay, as other hotels offer complimentary breakfast.

Superb

Nice hotel for our family reunion,

The hotel is currently under renovation. The service could definitely be better; I asked for a towel and was told they were out, but another guest was given one just five minutes later.

Very good

The hotel is having some renovations which did cause a little inconvenience when registering. The initial room that we were assigned on the 2nd floor was in front of the air conditioning chillers. They were way too noisy so we requested a different room. The next room that we were assigned looked like it was partially clean so they assigned us to a 3rd room. Overall the staff was great but the issues that we had with the rooms were disheartening.

the location was good and the hotel was clean. staff and no free breakfast for the price.

Hotel website should be honest and report massive ongoing renovations at location. Rooms that have not been updated should resolve issues - we have pictures to support issues with ongoing issues with furniture, AC issues, mattress that should be replaced and bedding should be for summer weather, not heavy winter duvet. Staff said furniture and design was 11 years old - evident from torn up chairs, leaking shower stall and lumpy mattress. We were booked for 2 nights and we departed after 1 night

Very clean rooms, kind staff and a little store and breakfast was good. Location was exactly what we needed. A lot of construction around the hotel but not the hotel's fault. It just made my GPS a little challenging

We arrived to the hotel got our room we have my grandson with us we settled in and shower was stopped up and sink. They did move us to another room and tv was acting up and the lights kept flickering in bathroom ..

Exceptional

We love the location. Everything is great. We will always be back.

This was my third time at this hotel. I loved the room, the location, and the service. The computer system was not functioning when I tried to check in at 5pm. I was unable to check in until 10pm.
