The shower curtain was slimey. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and there is air conditioning. I think maybe they are very understaffed. The staff working seemed to be working hard but maybe there just isn’t enough staff to keep up

Parking was horrible, no elevators, bathroom was dirty - tub had very bad stains. Room smelled bad. I talked to front desk about it and they were willing to give me a refund but it was late and had no other place to stay. Everything in the area was booked. Do not recommend. Stay somewhere else!

Employees were very nice and helpful. Hotel was very clean .

Continental breakfast is too poor

Smelled extremely awful like wet dog and bed had bed bugs. Did not stay there asked for a refund and left. Do not recommend this place at all!

For the price it was certainly worth it, but to be downtown, I was expecting something a little more modernized. Staffing 10/10 across the board. They were accommodating and due to some light fixtures not working properly and the tub. I believe I was discounted. And if not, the staff were so polite that I didn’t even care.

The room smelled like pinesol as soon as you walked in but it was filthy. Corners in the bathroom were dirty . The bathtub was peeling and had yellow stains all over. The knob from the shower kept falling off. The A/C installed looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years. The fridge was leaking water. The whole place looked like ghetto apartments. I usually love staying at LaQuinta but with this experience I will check different options first. I had a party of 8 and there was only 2 towels in the room. When someone went to ask for more, the staff said they didnt had any. Ridiculous.

Stains on the bedding. Trash on the floor. Mildew on the walls. We made reservations for 2 nights. We made the complaint and left less than 5 hours into our stay. When we asked for a full refund, they agreed to only 1 night.

Very disappointed.

Our room was moldy and full of cockroaches

He gave us our refund but honestly the room was horrible the base mattress had damages, it smelled like cigarettes, and it just didn’t feel safe. The second room offered to us didn’t have working light bulbs

Very dirty floors, towels we’re disgusting, bed was uncomfortable and had stains, and room smelt like smoke

This place needs a serious renovation. My experience was not pleasant. I was unable to complete my stay here. Check-in was smooth. When I entered my room is where the problems started. Bed sheets had stains on them. The floor was semi-wet. Not sure if that was from moping or something else. Walls were dirty. Bathtub was not clean. One bed was missing a bedskirt so you can see stains on the base of the bed. Overall the room was terrible and I could not imagine laying my head there. I checked out literally 15 mins after I checked in.

Only problem we had was with key cards. Walked all the way to.our room and the keys did not work. On the Next set of keys received only one worked.
