Should be mediocre 8...bare floors in the room were dirty, the sheets were so wrinkled they must have been wadded into a ball before being put on the bed...the bathroom light fixture flashed like it was going out and the bathroom door looked like someone tried to knock it down...thought it was a good deal given how expensive Livingston was but spend a little more money!

The property did not look like it was pictured online at all! The room floor was dirty, there weren't any other furniture in the room besides the bed and desk chair to sit on. There was mud on the wall in the bathroom, the pictures were falling off the wall, the curtains were coming apart and had holes burnt through, the floor had major issues, only was able to get one extra pillow, paint was coming off the walls, remote wouldn't work with the TV. Did not get the warm feeling of this room/hotel. Will not stay here again!

The location is convenient to the interstate. A Subway and a McDonald's were nearby. Parking was easy. The property is not in the best condition: rundown and in need of some TLC. The mattress and box springs were stained. There were no glasses or cups in the room for water. The breakfast consisted of cereal, waffles, juice, and coffee. No fresh fruit or bread of any kind. The staff was very nice.

The mattress was super comfy. The room did not have the sofa chair in the room that was in the picture of the room. It had plenty of of space for a chair but no sofa seat. Breakfast offered no protein and it ran out of coffee.

Husband ended up covered in bed bug bites. Will not stay there again.

Booked room with 2 queen size beds, but got 2 double size beds. I took a picture of bed and showed it to front desk. The young boy insisted that they are queen size……. The breakfast is terrible. Only self-made pan cake and cereal are there. No one eats there. Google reviews are more accurate to their real condition.

The first room we had smelled like wet dog, I complained and they were able to get us a different room. The breakfast was only waffles, juice and coffee.

Water damage from the shower head. Paint on everything. All there was for breakfast was cereal and waffel that I would have to make no rolls or muffins or even toast! They did keep me on the ground floor as I ask for.
