The toilet seat was extremely loose. It may have been recently installed but not fully secured by whomever did the work.
-
Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast.
-
Location…Ease to get to Yellowstone Breakfast was really good and staff there was very helpful as we planned our visit.
-
Only stayed one night but would stay again.
-
The shower head could be replaced. Either it's a trickle of water or a solid stream.
-
Cleanliness. Location Unfortunately our was not cleaned by housekeepers during a 3 night stay. We talked to front desk and they were accommodating and gave us 2 free bottles of soda, which eased our pain! lol
-
The television selections were limited unless you paid extra for streaming
-
Clean. No shampoo and the shower head was bad.
-
Showerhead was horrible! Breakfast staff was rude, not happy with her job I Guess, however front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming!
-
Perfect location for visiting Yellowstone, Beartooth Scenic Highway, and Big Hirn Scenic Highway to include Devil’s Canyon on the way out of town.

Easy access from BZN airport and large rooms The hotel is old and run-down. It's surprising that this is managed by a prestigious chain like Marriott. The 9.1 rating on Booking definitely does not reflect reality! They only clean rooms once every two days, and in our case, they simply forgot to clean. We stayed for four nights, and they only came a day late to do a superficial job (they left dirty cups, didn't clean the sink, and didn't pick up dirty towels). Additionally, this was our mistake; getting from the hotel to the north entrance of Yellowstone is 50 miles / 80 km."

We had little black sugar ants in the bathroom. Ugh. I like a cup of coffee in the afternoon and the cream was LOCKED UP. You have a cream thief and need to lock it up? I intensely dislike those little cups of….something. Breakfast is just so ugh…the same mediocre food available everywhere. I hate those fake eggs. Foods coffee, bathroom
