The lobby was clean

The room wasn’t very clean and there was a spider in bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable and the the air conditioner was loud and didn’t keep the room cool.

A remodeled hotel that still has some of the “old” charm. My room was very clean and quiet.

We stay here for 6 days 4 of which we had no hot water. Everyday they said the hot water would be on the next day, well 4 days went by without hot water. The place is rundown and dirty, and it smells really bad. The manager of this hotel said they would refund us at least 2 days, surprise we received nothing from this hotel. They lie just to keep you there. I have nothing good to say about this place. STAY FAR AWAY. It's not expensive but, you get exactly what you pay for, and this place is cheap in all ways. I'm so sorry I put my wife and myself through this ordeal. Please Don't stay here it will be a horrible experience. If you stay here, your on your own. Don't say i didn't warn you. I love Montana but I hate this hotel

Older hotel that needs updating. Our room was on the second floor at the end of a hall next to an exit door that had a very loud squeak. People were going in and out at all hours of the night with a neighbor who decided to watch their tv until 3 am and we could hear it all. Our air conditioner was very loud and our window didn't open and overlooked a bunch of old furniture and garbage down below. Maybe other rooms are ok but it kind of sucked for us. Breakfast had a nice combination of bacon, potatoes, eggs and waffles though.

The only highlight was that they are still providing a top sheet and not following the recent trend to cut corners by only providing a fitted sheet and a comforter.

Marginal, won't stay there again.

It was close to where we needed to be for a concert. The walls are not very sound proofed. I didn't feel the bath was as clean as it could be but my husband thought it was fine.
