Used soap and dirty bathroom

The staff is so kind and accomadating. Plus the location is great, everything is so clean and feels homey. FAVORITE HOTEL in New Jersey hands down. This isn't a complaint, i just wake up late so I kept missing breakfast. I would love if they stayed open a bit later for those of us late morning risers. Especially when on vacation :)

The restaurant in the hotel was good. The hotel is dated and needs upgrading. The health club has very old equipment.

The hotel and room was average.Room cleaning is only provided if requested.The room was quite far from the front desk with a very loud family gathering just a few rooms away. For the stars advertised, I expected a nicer room and a complementary breakfast. No pizzaz for 4 star rating, minimalist room. Warrants 3 stars at best.

The rooms were clean , staff was courteous Sunday Brunch was disastrous, very slow, waitress were not friendly, not sure if they were new prices were outrageous 1serving of bacon $12, usages were nt cooked Check above

Quiet very clean. One of the shades wouldn’t open once closed or pulled down. It was fixed by maintenance immediately

the location was convenient for our purposes rooms where small and dated and carpet and furniture worn out. staff was meh not that friendly.

Value was very good, as this was the most reasonably priced accommodation in the area. I would definitely return. The property seems to be showing a little age. This one minor item is outweighed by all the positives.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. It was very noisy. Parking was unavailable at the lobby entrance and it was raining very hard.

Beautiful, clean accommodations and friendly staff. Large room and bathroom were immaculate. Complimentary parking was a plus. Lined the cozy vibe of the large lobby with Starbucks in the morning and nice seating to enjoy coffee and a muffin. Dog-friendly atmosphere allowed me to relax with my dog while enjoying my coffee.

The size of room, size of bed, clean. TV did not work for 4 nights. There is nothing in walking distance. Constant screaming kids in coridors. Crowds for conventions. No breakfast on Mon & Sun. Restaurant /bar shut on Mon & Sun.
