Thank you for the breakfast food. It would have been able to eat the food in the dining hall had it not been for the color of the cup I had to use to pour the buckwheat pancake mix in the machine and the amount of people in there at that time. I would have been able to eat the food on the bamboo table had it not been for the colors that were on the television at that time. Thank you for the wonderful shower body wash and the shampoo and conditioner. Thank you the pull down blackout shade.

Staff were friendly. Parking is free and convenient. Breakfast this time was just ok...no butter for toast or cream cheese for bagels. Juice options were very limited...no orange or apple juice? It's a nice breakfast setup and eating area but the food itself was a bit disappointing. The lounge area is very nice and modern.

My daughters were at the pool and one guest invited 50-60 people to the pool and my girls got kicked out cause the “birthday” party. Need better security at the pool.

Would recommend and revisit!! Front desk Moe was very accommodating and hospitable ! All cleaning staff do a superb job in cleaning and keeping everything tidy!!

The computer system was down when I arrived, which delayed check-in. However, the front desk employee working that evening was helpful, polite, and maintained a calm demeanor despite everything going on. The room was spacious and included two beds and a separate sitting area with a couch. A curtain could be drawn between the sleeping and sitting areas, which was a nice feature. I also appreciated the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Breakfast and free parking were additional positives. My primary concern was the morning front desk staff. The employees sat behind a small partition and appeared more focused on their phones than on assisting guests. When I asked for an extra blanket, I was abruptly told that none were available. I have never stayed at a hotel that could not provide a blanket upon request, and the interaction could have been handled much more politely. Overall, the location, spacious room, breakfast, and free parking were convenient, but the morning customer service needs improvement.
