I would have rated everything excellent with one exception, the website showed it served breakfast however unlike other somestas I have stayed at, this location did not. Otherwise excellent

Ok so the air conditioning barely worked. The remote for the TV half the buttons didn't work. The slide screen door was broken couldnt open or close it. No microwave in the room. The sheets were stained. Only 1 working ice machine in the entire hotel with barely any ice in it. The phone in the room had no buttons on it so we had to call from front desk from our cell phone and when asked for late check out which was just 1 hour they wanted to charge us when they never did that before. I didn't want to complain because I'm not that person.

Not cleaned bedroom Maybe, I was not lucky person.

Very clean, friendly staff, will stay there again.

We will never stay here again. Had issues checking in, the front desk attendant blamed Expedia and charged us even though we were already paid in full. Had to deal with refund issues. Staff didn’t want to issue more than one room key for each room. We had 3 rooms, 7 adults in total staying for 5 nights. When we booked this hotel it said there was breakfast. Hotel staff said no breakfast and none was ever served. There was coffee but no milk or cream. The “market” was bare, only a couple pieces of candy and limited soda quantity. There was hair remnants on the toilet in my room. The AC in another room wasn’t working upon arrival, had to get help to get it up and running to avoid switching rooms. The outside perimeter doors that are supposed to seal closed so you can only enter with a room key, were broken and didn’t close properly. They were unsecured allowing anyone to access the first floor without a key. This hotel is not well maintained and was not worth what we paid to stay here.

The issue was some of the furniture needs replacing, desk, leg was loose. The couch needs to be replaced. There was trash left by the back door, plastic containers, food etc which encourages animals. Also the hotel was full but they only put out 1 carafe of coffee and they ran out of creamers.

The room was not that clean. There was long hair inside the shower before I even used the shower. Walls were not cleaned and it was dusty inside. The balcony was filty dusty. Other than that the room was comfortable. I paid for a breakfast included hotel and there was ZERO breakfast served. Just coffee. If you are not serving what you offer, please update your services. The hotel is nice, just gotta make sure you clean the rented rooms a little carefully. The staff was friendly and professional. Unfortunately I can recommend your hotel to anyone due to the breakfast and lack of clean shower.

Continental breakfast was coffee and cold cereal. There was no bottles of water for sale to take to the room.

Not enough amenities

Clean property

The owner/manager is extremely rude, doesn’t greet or speak when checking in. The room and bathroom are covered in wallpaper that hasn’t been washed in years. The lobby gives the appearance of renovated within 5 years but the rooms probably have the original furniture from decades ago and not just old is also rundown. You don’t want to walk barefoot on the rugs.

Hotel was unremarkable. Amenities were acceptable, but ice machine was only available on one floor & no vending machines. Snacks were available at the front desk. Had a mini- fridge, but was in a cabinet with a broken door. Nothing awful but nothing great.

This hotel is ok overall. Not great, not bad. It served its purpose- a place to sleep.
-
Good property for the rate - it's a little rough around the edges and weathered, but relatively inexpensive for the area. Temper your expectations vs what you would be paying elsewhere for a fully updated, pristine property.

The property was clean and quiet. There was no food anywhere to purchase. The lobby offered nothing but a few drinks. Staff offered no suggestions as to where to get food. Not sure what they were thinking with the bed sheets. We had a king size bed and the bottom sheet appeared to be a queen size flat sheet that didn't even go over the sides of the bed. By the morning, with turning over in our sleep the sheet was completely off and we were sleeping on the mattress.

Staff here is great, very welcoming. However the place itself could use some tlc. The faucet was extremely rusty and mold like and the bathtub also had some rust. The refrigerator was hot and overheating while plugged and the curtains were broken. There’s also a gap under the door leaving me no option but to put a towel there. I kinda expected a better experience but maybe another time.

Excellent hotel. Great location and reasonable price. Good diner down the street.

The quality of bed, cleanliness Paper thin walls, couldn't sleep because the people in the room next to us were up all night. It was horrible
