This is a motel masquerading as a hotel. I was very annoyed when I checked in to see the conditions of the room. Being a family owned Indian business. It was clear immediately that no pride was taken in this business. The staff were in T-Shirts and Jeans. The room was in decay. The furniture is old. Overall this location is not a hospitality establishment to my standards, that I was comfortable paying for.

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. There was mold in the bathroom. Dirt all over the walls. An odor that was unbearable. Staff was rude and disrespectful. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen. I feel like I was robbed of my money.

Booked this hotel through expedia an hour before I reached the property. Upon arrival paid pet fee after front desk person asked me to show service dog paper work and asked about disability. Then went to check in the 1st room and my kid noticed hair on the bed, stains on table and dust on wall hangings. Housekeeper showed me 2nd room on second floor and said elevator didnt work. After climbing the stairs pulled the comforter in the 2nd room and showed the housekeeper the stains on sheets to which he replied they are soap stains. Went to the front desk and asked for the manager and they said he wont be back until Monday. Contacted expedia right away and told them the situation for a refund due to unsanitary conditions and left the place without staying. Now both expedia and sonesta manger are giving me the run around for 2 weeks without approving the refund. Fellow travelers save yourself the hassel and book elsewhere.

Location Outside lights by parking came on long after dark but were flickering or not working. Staff was not focused, on their phone with earbuds and not helpful, welcoming or friendly. When we sent a request to change the dates through Booking.com it was never responded to. Bathrooms were not well cleaned, shower had some mildew in corners and fridge was not well cleaned as well.

TV had horrible connection. Could not watch tv for entire stay. Maintenance person came, saw it and couldn't fix it. Direct TV kept having problems with signal/connecting and provided error message.

The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The glass shower door had a VERY loose bar. I arrived on Thursday and the room temperature was 75. It took until Sunday for the room to cool down to 70 degrees. So it wasn’t the best visit but the staff was helpful and apologetic for the inconveniences. The room was clean. The bed and pillows comfortable. The price wasn’t bad. I hope the next time I visit the hotel will be in better shape.
