This place is dirty and if you have a dog I don’t suggest it. My dog almost got attacked by someone else’s dog that was off-leash. Horrible experience here. There was garbage from a previous guest still in my room too.

It was very dirty. Disgusting the room is not clean is mold. The room is not clean is small is disgusting. There is no kitchen dishes. They have kitchen, but they don’t provide any kitchen things.

The manager was extremely helpful. Property was not up to par and had to change rooms twice. First room smelled like cigarette smoke and the second room wasn’t properly cleaned and did not have a shower curtain.

The property was clean just had a weird smell in the halls. Some of the doors don’t work very well, but overall I had no noise complaints.

The staff was cordial. The room was dirty and smell really bad. The cabinets were patched up poorly, the bathroom door was broken and had a hole in the bottom, the shower was slippery and we both almost fell. There was boxes of trash inside kitchen cabinets. The window had been left opened by the staff to air the room (due to the nasty smell). When the receptionist was approached due to the nasty smell, he said oh I’m sorry and gave us a tiny bottle of air freshener, but the smell was so bad that it stuck to our luggage and bags.

The staff was completely wonderful. Everyone was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They are a reason I would return.

I was surprised that the kitchenette did not have any cleaning supplies or tools (pots, pans, plates, cups). The suites with a kitchenette where I have stayed usually proved them. But, of course, that was pre-Covid. Perhaps, things have changed.
