Didn’t let us check in wouldn’t let me redo my reservation. Sent me on to the road at 2:30 in the morning due to my id being expired by 2 months. Didn’t even know it was. Then my significant other tried to use his id and make a new reservation and they would let me use my card to pay. Completely ridiculous.

Staff was nice, the room was clean, the bed sheets were clean. Housekeeping was good. My only pet peeve was the bathroom faucet made some noise when turned on, the room was tiny but it served it purpose.

We liked the price and that there was no bad odor or strong cleaning scent in the room. Three things: 1) there is a strange opaque wall that separates the bathroom from the bedroom so that when someone turns on the light in the bathroom, it lights up the bed area. Not good for those trying to sleep! 2) There is no separate bathroom exhaust switch to operate the fan without also turning on the light. 3) The hot water took a LONG time to get hot.
